First time we tried it. Got it to go. Great food. Nice place. Clean. Will go back again.
We used to really love this place, but the service has really fallen off. Three times now we go at the pickup time and our food isn’t ready, told to wait in the car. After waiting for 15-20 minutes we go inside to see our carry out bag just sitting there getting cold. Definitely a bummer since it’s closer than other restaurants.
completely disappointed and grossed out. Tonight I placed an order for pick up and went in there to get it. I arrived ten minutes after I was told it would be ready, yet it wasn't when I got there. As I sat there waiting, another customer walked in with my food that he was accidentally given. He was handed his food and then after he left, the server actually tried handing be the open food that he just returned, like this would be okay. I looked him right in the eyes and said "Seriously? " He then walked the food in back, coming back out shortly after telling me that the cooks would remake it. Minutes later a girl comes out with what appeared to be the same open bag. I told her that this better not be the same food that they tried to hand me earlier, or they would hear about it. Sure enough, this was obviously the same food, cold as could be, with the previous food ticket thrown in the bag. I'm completely disgusted, especially working in the food industry myself. I'm giving the owner a day to make good over this matter before I report this incident and disputing charges.
The food here is outstanding, it’s really such a shame that the service here almost ruins it. Lucky if you can get through the phone system, can’t order the 10 taco Tuesday special online. How do they expect ONE SINGLE girl to serve the entire restaurant, answer all the phones and carry out all the orders? I have constantly had incorrect orders now that they only have one girl doing it all but it’s not her fault. Shame on the management here.
Stopped for the first time today, hungry for carnitas since returning from Oaxaca. Pico's carnitas are scrumptiously delicious. Horchata is sweet, cinnamony and creamy, and oh so delicious.
Love the food but the food truck service sucks. No schedule and two days in a row no spring st. Even though that's what they said. And I was going out of my way already. Forget it don't waste your time!!!!!
Great tacos and fajitas. The table service doesn't seem to be a priority after they've gone to a largely curbside operation, but you can still eat inside. The kitchen is pretty consistent at turning out great food, and their margaritas are pretty great.
This is the worst experience I have had. 3 strikes I gave them. Every time you order the food is prepared a different way and it’s not fresh at all. And when you call to talk to someone about their food they prepared, it’s your fault. And they want you to waist gas to return the food that should’ve been done right the first time. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I just Gave away $25.00. # No ⭐️
Selected curbside good was never brought out after 15 minutes I went in to get it.One order was 3 corn shell tacos with meat cheese and advacado and I paid the extra for the 1 extra taco and I didn't get the extra taco and I got hard shell for all 3.... disappointed after hearing all good reviews
Quality and service has gone way down. I usually place a take out order. The girl on the phone didn't understand I wanted tacos!?? The wrong toppings were put on, there was no sauce, and a small piece of plastic was in my food. Terrible! Not what I expect from Pico's!
