Best food in the world! Only 2nd time being there
This is definitely not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. The last few times we’ve ordered from here there has either been missing items from the order or bad food. Today will be the last time we ever visit this specific location due to the hair my fiancé found in his salad along with the stale croutons. The chicken in my salad was grey and there was barely any steak on my sandwich. We paid almost $30 for a meal that shouldn’t have cost more than $10.
They ran out of iced coffee so I only got half a cup full which is fine since it was free but just seems like they should be prepared when they advertise their sip club like crazy and want everyone to sign up for their sip club. They were out of the large size lids. Coffee was not strong. Long wait. Not worth the trip for the free coffee. Maybe if there was a drive through it would almost have been worth it.
Purchased the new salad with crispy chicken. During my short wait, I was impressed watching the expeditor getting orders out.Staff was friendly and the salad was great!Nice to walk in and place an order. A competitor told me I could only order on line. That sucks
Food is ok but my all time favorite is the coffee cake! They stopped selling it individually and now only have it as a whole. I tried calling the phone about 5 times to see if they had any left and nobody picked up so i just went out of my way to come out and i asked an employee and she was so rude and non helpful.
Food is fine, delivery through doordash sucks as does their customer service. Doordash delivered my order to the wrong building when I had the correct address and specific instructions on order. Called the store to complain and get a refund was hung up on by associate who answered the phone. Took me several attempts to get a hold of someone to file a complaint and get my money back. Will not order from here again.
Very well staffed. Great meal for your money .staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Toby and Anthony were EXTREMELY POLITE, KIND, AND HELPFUL to me when I visited your store on 12-20-21.I could not have asked for better service given to me by the both of them.I truly feel they should train new employees on how to give excellent customer service.When I asked for their manager, Emily she was extremely kind to patiently listen to my comments about them.
The food could be good, and the ingredients and recipes could be a great healthy option when eating out or ordering delivery, but since Covid hit, the service and quality of the food has gone downhill. Every time I order there is some mistake, or there is an issue with young, unprofessional staff. I have given it several more tries, but after my last experience and the pattern that has developed, I’m thinking I won’t be ordering anything from Panera in Racine anymore.
Outstanding service and GREAT sandwich. Mc Donald's will not see me again!! Bacon Egg and cheese on chibota bread was amazingly good!! Panera Bread is like you made it at home and friendly people too!! Sherry was awesome!!
