Horrible customer service. Was told it would be a 6 minute wait for orange chicken and to pull around to the doors to wait. Went inside after waiting 30 minutes to find out none of the food we had ordered was ready other than the rice which by now has cooled down and is no longer warm.*** Edit ***I’m still sitting inside waiting for my food and the employees are too busy in the back messing around. It’s been 40 minutes and I still don’t have my food. Don’t ever come here if you fast food. If I wanted to wait 40 + minutes to eat I would have gone to a sit down restaurant.
My daughter went to get us panda express for lunch. 40 minutes later, I'm wondering where she was. She was standing inside, next to the cash register waiting for 40 minutes for rice. Yup, simple white rice. They said it would be a couple minutes, but not 40 minutes! They never offered her any compensation or apologies for her wait. She ended up leaving without what she paid for because she was hungry. She came home and made herself some food. All adults working at Panda today. Don't ya think they could have figured out how to make someone happy?
The orange chicken was so spicy. Thats due to the cook not cleaning the wok properly. That is very dangerous! People have allergies. That orange chicken was disgusting and i like spicy
Don’t even bother.This food is absolutely disgusting and it gave me food poisoning. The noodles were so dry not even soy sauce could help it. The orange chicken was TOOO spicy, now I can handle spicy stuff don’t get me wrong. But this was absolutely disgusting! I recommend Main Moon 2 !
Showed up at 8:10 pm and the inside was closed even though the door said they were open until 9:30. I decided to take a chance and use the drive-thru portion and I was told right away they were closed. However, a guy came on right away after to inform me that they were not closed. I was told right away that they had a limited variety of menu items. But not told which ones they were out of. I put in an order for orange chicken and sweet fire chicken and was told they did not have the sweet fire chicken. I then opted for two orders of orange chicken and was told they did not have enough orange chicken to serve me to orders when I proceeded to say I would wait they corrected themselves and said they now did have enough for two orders. I am a fan of the chain but I would not visit this location again as it lacks the proper management and staff to provide a good customer experience.
Orange chicken cant be beat. They were out of the teriyaki chicken but thats alright everything on their menu is amazing.
Racine, wi. panda express has great fast food chinese....but some of the staff especially the manager , is not friendly , and the service is horrible during the weekend busy rush times...get it together , we love your beef and peppers....and that honey shrimp
I was very disappointed in my meal tonight. Both my wife and I had the orange chicken. It was very sour, very different from the sweet tangy sauce it usually has. And the staff, especially the cooks seemed quite disgruntled. The cooks kept yelling angerly toward the serving staff when they would request the food item that was nearly out. Overall if it keeps getting worse each time I go there I will not be returning.2/6/22 Edit:Thought I'd give another try, its been a while. I came in and someone tried to help me but then another employee told her she had other things to do. Then I waited for 5 minutes, there was no other customers in the restaurant. The first employee came back to help me and then had no idea what the Family Meal was and had to find someone to tell her. Fine whatever but then the other employees took all the food I was going to order during this 5 minute time and nothing was being cooked so I would have to wait more time if I wanted to get my order. It was extremely unprofessional. I just told them never mind and left. I will not go back.
I have only come to this Panda Express 2 times, and the service/food was the worst out of any other panda I’ve eaten at. I get that food prep takes time, but when I ask how long it would take they give me a short answer “I don’t know”. The fried rice wasn’t even fried rice. It was just white rice with veggies. The chicken was not cooked all the way. Never coming to this location again.
go here more than once if you want food poisoning ??? twice in the past year i’ve gotten food poisoning from here and i know this because i would order a plate and that would be the only thing i eat that day. i’d wake up the next day with no appetite and eventually food poisoning symptoms kick in. they need the food safety people there at all times because they’re not doing something right
