Was here a few weeks back. Nice young man as our service and good service and food. Tried again this weekend (Sunday night) and did not have good service. They did not seem busy but they may have been short-staffed? Waited long for salad/bread, one meal came out 10-15 later than the others. They did remake that meal since they said it had been sitting out for awhile and we were all just sharing our food at that point anyways. They were nice - just could have been more efficient service and better organization. Food was good as always.
Service was fast, although they were not too knowledgeable on whether or not MSG was used in their food. Restaurants really need to get on this, especially a big chain like Olive Garden because you are mass producing these dishes all over. Im sure SOMEONE knows what is going into them. Also I had the shrimp scampi and it made me very sick the next day
Soup and salad started off good..But never had a chance to try more than 1 soup...no offer of another soup nor the traditional offer of wine..Hubs had chicken parm... tasted like encore frozen..I ordered Tour of Italy with added shrimp on Alfredo...Lasagna was best and rest sub par.What happened to your service, menu and quality Olive Garden?
We love you guys there. Always make us feel at home. My 6 children and myself dine here maybe once every other month as we're are a ig family and don't have the money to always foot the bill. Food and service is always great. Restaurant is always clean and beautiful!
the food was very good although the price has gone up since last time I ate there it has become fairly pricey for pasta,also our waitress was not very good,she never checked on us and I had to ask for everything from breadsticks to refills.
Went on Saturday Feb. 26th for a birthday with a somewhat large party (10+). I can't remember our servers name, but he was amazing and went above and beyond for us! We forgot candles for the cake and he gave us yellow and white candles that matched the color of the cake. Everyone in our party tipped him well, but he definitely deserves a raise for how special he made our birthday dinner.
Friendly service, good food, attentive wait staff. Definitely call ahead to get to the front of any wait list, we called about 2 hours ahead, and only had a 5 minute wait, others were still waiting that were there ahead of us.
Our local olive garden is wonderfully ran by the staff, I have been to many olive gardens all across the U.S. the Racine ,WI. Branch can compete with the best of them....enjoy
Worst service ever. The wife and I went to here and we had a server by the name of Sofia God she was bad. She had 3 small tables but acted like she had 20. This is a sad excuse for a waitress. Sofia should not be on that floor serving tabled. We won’t be back. Not good.
The food is great. Unfortunately, the service for curbside pickup is horrible. Every time I pick up my order, it's missing items; when I call to let them know, all they say is "you're welcome to drive back here again to pick the rest of your food" no apologies are given for their lack of professionalism. If you order food with them, I'd make sure to check that you have everything before driving away because more than likely, you'll be missing something.
