My Mom and I had a great meal. I had the parmesan crusted baked walleye. My usual order because it's so good. A very busy restaurant. There's usually a wait on Friday. But I believe it's worth it. The waitresses are friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is the lace is loud. Bad acoustics. I had a hard time hearing the person with me. That's why only 4 stars.
Called in an order for pizza. Was told 25 minutes. Got there and it hadn’t even been started yet. Waited a total of 40 minutes and it was a terrible pizza.
So very awesome every time I’ve visit. Outstanding food, love, love love it all!! Great service too!!
Mother's Day 2022.Stayed a hotel up the road. Called for takeout.Parmesan crusted walleye. Hold the breadcrumbs. They gave me walleye fillet without anything on it. Not even a grain of salt.1 order af ravioli. Half cooked. They forgot the bread.I told them we were at a hotel."We don't even have a napkin."I requested butter for the bread. Napkins plasticware.Salt / pepper. All we received was lousy food. We just spent 6hrs in the car. I didn't have the energy to return the food n complain. I threw it all away except for the bits we sampled. I will never go there again.
Great food. Very thin and crispy pizza crust. Just the way we love it
Started eating here around August, food was good so it kept us coming back. But a few months ago the quality of food started rapidly declining, the taste of everything is never the same anymore, in fact it changes from week to week. I used to love the garlic bread that they served but now it’s just buttered toast with parsley on top, not even a hint of garlic!
We came for the fish fry on Friday at 6 PM., I had the baked parmesan encrusted walleye, everyone else had fried walleye or perch. No reservations are taken on Fridays so we had to wait over an hour for seating for a family of 5 but it was worth it. Would go earlier next time. Delicious!
The only good things were the wine and the server was nice. Food was awful! WAY TO MUCH sauce on overcooked pasta and meatballs didn't taste like meat at all. Will not go back...and I live less than a mile away. Had an awful stomach ache all night. The other 3 people with me also strongly disliked their meals, and we all got something different. Would never recommend!
Food is so good I love it so much but every time my family and I order a pick up they always forget items like bread soup and salads, dressings so we always have to double check and open the bag and wait longer to get our order right and tonight when I called to order I was told due to short staff in the kitchen only pizza is available and the girl was VERY rude about it when I asked for more info on why only pizza and very rudely repeated herself there’s only three cooks here HUNG UP ON ME. They need to stop hiring beauty over brains so the staff attitude will match how good the food is.
We used to be very loyal customers, my husband and I even went there on our first date. Lately though the service and food quality has just gone very downhill. This past weekend was the last straw for us though. They were busy on a Saturday night, not unusual, and we placed our order early (4:55pm). We were told 30 mins so we get there to pick up at 5:30. Not ready yet. No biggie, we are cool with waiting for a bit..... 5:45... no food...people who came in well after us are getting their food and nobody can tell us why our food isn't ready. 6pm finally we get our food. I have no problem waiting but don't tell me 30 mins if it's really over an hour. Just give me the correct time frame.We get home and discover that our bomber is wrong, we got no au jus for the Italian beef, and no bread for the pasta orders..... I call to let the manager know and was told by the manager on duty "there's nothing she can do" Really? You can't have me come pick up the missing items at least??? Then they say, we will leave a note for the owner and he will call you tomorrow. This was 3 days ago now and no call. We will not be going there again.
