Stopped to go in for breakfast, drive thru out to road. A I approached the door a black lady nastily yelled...WE ARE CLOSED FOR INSIDE. Just rude and crass, no manners at all. Don't stop at this McDonalds that is known to be rude and crass. Plenty of other McDonalds to visit in town. DONT go to this store!!!! Would give them a ZERO for Customer Service!!!
The front cashier and the front helper didn't bother bringing our food to our table like we ordered. She tried telling my son that they called our number out (we were sitting close the register)Then gave use the wrong size fry on purpose, along with putting too much salt on them after ordering them lightly salted. How do I know? They laughed as they walked away from the Manager that started talking to me. The Manager fixed us new fries.
drive through order window has no actual order to who is served. One would expect left lane, right lane, left lane, right lane. what I got my last two times L, R, L, R, R, R (nobody in R)...... (me in L sees a car pull into R).. R. I left.
Went this morning to get breakfast and doors where suppose to be open at 6,but the old black lady put a sign right at 6 on the door saying that the lobby is closed. THEN I went thru drive thru because I have four people trying to order food and was trying to place 2 orders and they said that they don't place 2 orders here. By far the WORST McDonald's in town do NOT go here.

Had a very simple order of 2 fish sandwiches & 2 20 piece chicken mcnuggets. And they shorted us an orde of mcnuggets. Then, on 1 of the fish sandwiches, it looked like they took a spoonful of tartar sauce & snapped it on the sandwich. My husband didn't even finish the sandwich, because he was so grossed out. Will never eat at this one again
Sometimes its good, sometimes its not, 2nd to last time i went they forget 10 chicken nuggets from a 20 pc, and the last time i went they were only doing mobile orders and doordash. I guess you cant expect much from fast food but they could do a bit of a better job.
Last time I went I gave them a code from the app for a 99¢ coffee and for some reason it wasn’t on the screen but they said they used it. So I had them scan the app because I know they didn’t use the code. The cashier slammed the door shut and was fastly tapping on his screen. I drove off because I wasn’t getting scammed. I decided to go back and give them another chance. We ordered a large iced coffee, 2 hash browns, and 2 sausage biscuits. We’re missing a sausage biscuit. Yes it’s only $1 but one of us is out of breakfast. Highly disappointing.
