The lobby was closed, the lady that was at the door didn't know when it opened the lobby up. If the lobby is closed because of covid 19 flu, then it should say that on the website. So a person doesn't waste time, gas, and wear of the vehicle. But the Food was good.
Every time you come through here you have to wait and wait it takes me me 45 minutes to get a coke and coffee I’m done !!!I can go to the one at Georgetown and get in and out within 5 minutes this place needs help you have to wait way too long! Even when you have both lanes open sorry not sorry can’t come back
Horrible towards door dashers. So unprofessional. Please be aware as customers who order through doordash, this location is not respecting your order.
They told me frappe machine was down. Drive thru was slow. They said they don't make small iced coffee only medium and large. My biscuit for bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was hard. Mcgriddles we're old. I asked for extra syrup in my 3 iced coffees and there weren't any extra. I couldn't taste the vanilla. I do stop at mcds quite frequently but just to the ones on Douglass avenue. Both of them that is. My son ended up throwing up all of his breakfast within 45 minutes of consuming it. So I had to stop somewhere else to get him something because we were on our way out of town. I no longer recommend this McDonald's as the service and quality of food is horrible.
Waited way too long. Only one lane for DT. Girl taking orders/money paying out wrong orders(not huge deal she was fixng) manager came screaming and they fought in front of window. Sat close to 10mins to actually pay order. Had a code and gave it. Then they asked again for it and couldn't get it up so I paid full price for food. At this point I feel they should of just made the adjustment for us sitting there hearing them argue and having to redo my order. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hope that all who care will see this and see that a customer sees how employees are treated and sometimes offering an apology would be great. My reward would also of been nice to of been used!
Everything is usually hot and fresh. There is sometimes a huge line but understandable considering its one of the better Mcdonald's around.
Usually fast service. Have the least amount of problems with this McDonald's in Racine. Breakfast drive thru goes quick.

Went threw the drive thru. What a mix-up mess it turned out to be. You know how at McDonald's know in the drive thru they have the 2 lanes. Well normally you alternate vehicles in each lane. Well that is when the person inside alternates taking orders from each lanes. So the little car in front of me went I let the truck who pulled up naturally go in front of me. Then I pull up to the window and come to find out that the guy in front of me paid for and was about to drive off with my order. I was given the price for his order. I told her that doesn't sound right. So then the cashier took off to stop the truck in front of me. I see two bags of food go back into McDonald's. So when I pull up I ask if those are the same 2 bags of food he says yes I tell him I don't want them after you gave it to someone else. So they finally got me fresh food as I watched him throw the 2 bags away. Which is what should of happened in the first place.
Not too much that a McDonald's can mess up with so there's never a in depth review unless I would find a major problem.
