We placed an order via the app. Once we got to the store we waited an additional 25-30 minutes for our order only to discover half of it was missing ( a quarter pounder and a 6 piece happy meal). I went in to see about getting the rest of my order. I told the manager it was asinine to not only wait almost half an hour but to also be missing half our order with the other half ice cold like it had been sitting. The male manager then came around the corner and threaten to “beat my ass” for swearing and that he only had 1 week left and he didn’t care anymore. All I wanted was the food I paid for. I asked for the missing items to be made as ordered since I was paying an additional $2 for toppings. That was also made incorrectly. While they were making my burger another patron entered the store with a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal he had taken home only to find it was wrong. So the manager gave him the correct order and then tried handing me the RETURNED food. That had already been at someone else’s house. Seriously?!?! I pushed it away and asked for a fresh happy meal or a refund. They tried handing it to me again which obviously I declined before agreeing to a refund. Since when do we hand out returned food to other people?? This location is just trash. We won’t be going back.
McDonald's is getting worse. I came in and ordered. Cash only at counter. Have to use stupid kiosk to order. Waited 20 minutes for a happy meal and 2 McDoubles. Brought food out, no drinks, came back with my drink. And I asked where my granddaughter milk was, came back 2nd time, I asked whybthere were no napkins in the bag. Even though we requested dine in. These kids want $15 per hour, the need to earn it.
This location is on some next level garbage. It's always something at this location. Our network is down so we can't take your coupon... but we can take your credit card. Or we don't have the ingredients to make a Shamrock Shake... (Why do you advertise it then). Or We never received your mobile order, sorry please wait. Or they forget items in your order. And on and on. How they are still here is beyond me. I'd take a Wendys there any day. At least Culver's is right down the road now.
One drive thru lane was closed, line was backed up. Some grubhub driver cut in front of me while I was ordering. Said driver then dropped the bag of food as they handed it to him which caused more of a wait. Food was cold/old.
Usually pretty fast, been pretty accurate in my pick up orders lately as well!
Terrible service. Cashiers are sitting on chairs while working, I was there for several hours and not a single person came out to clean the lobby, let alone the bathrooms. BEWARE THEY CLOSE THEIR LOBBY @2pm. Idk why. They don’t have it posted anywhere about them closing early. So idk if it’s an everyday thing, or just today…. It’s flipping freezing out today on top of it. UGH
They weren't selling no beverages. this was on 12-28-21..
The workers are requesting face masks to enter but the cooks and workers have their face mask down to their chin. Same lazy people that don't want to have to clean tables and serve. Just a quick reminder, that's what you're paid for and be coherent if you require masks, wear your masks as they should be worn.
My Wife and I, were there last night December 2nd for the showing of, The Chosen Christmas special. The service and cleanliness was great ?
Just had the Big Mac craving that started over 40 yrs ago and has never let me down. I have to b honest, I quickly left the house knowing there would b a crowd due to football games ending. With the lobby closed I knew I had to deal with the drive thru which really wasn't bad and moving well. My 2 Macs were waiting at window #2 and u know the rest except these were hot and perfect. Service really has improved and appreciated.
