As a dasher I should be able to have the options of coming through the drive through or inside especially if I get In your drive through that you can’t get out of without fully going through the line. I come through the drive through as that is the usual process for a dasher and on my dasher app it didn’t say I should of inside. I get told nope they won’t give me the order so I said wow you are gonna make me sit through this line just to come inside? And the manager I believe tells me this is McDonalds policy but it is not because I have been to other McDonalds who have no issues handing it to me through the drive through.
only one kiosk for walk-in customers, cash registers were 'cash only'... supposedly. I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I was like, "okay, maybe they are just busy..."our food came in a reasonable time but all our food was messed up. Three items had simple requests, like 'no pickles' and the sandwich and it came just bread and chicken, who eats a plain chicken and bread sandwich? we didn't ask to take off the lettuce and mayo, jeez!On the second burger we asked for extra pickles. it came with none, no onions either. there was a third mistake on another sandwich as well.All of these we painstakingly made sure to include at the kiosk and on our receipt reflected it correctly. Unfortunately we took the food to go, so we didn't realize it was all wrong until we got home.Highly disappointed. I recommend another McDonald's or not at all.
Hands down, absolutely the worst McDonald's franchise in Racine! Poor customer service, excessively long wait times, frequent missing items and rude staff. Also, the lobby is closed more now than it was when the pandemic was at its' peak. Would not recommend, suggest, or refer.
They can't read orders. Ordered a 6pc nugget and a shamrock mcflurry. Got a 4 piece and a shamrock shake that wasn't even mixed. The rest of the food was cold. No straws. Don't bother with this location.
Drive through line was way too long! When I got my food it was lukewarm. The fish sandwich was cold. And the double cheeseburger looked like it was slapped together. Thank goodness I wasn't dashing, customers would have gotten cold food. McDonald's has taken a nose dive! I can cook a better burger at home!
Stay far away from this place . They refused to give me my mobile order because my mask wasn’t on and made a scene in the whole place. While she was telling me she would give me my order her mask was pulled under her nose. Pretty sure they are racist . I would get all new staff and fire the “manager” who acts like she’s the owner. Yeah they are very rude to white people and I’ve heard this from several others. I will never go there again .
By FAR the worst McDonald’s and possibly the WORST restaurant in this ENTIRE city! I Sincerely hope corporate gets involved at some point! These people just stole over $30 from me and now there not answering the phone! EVERY time we go in there they get our order wrong! We avoid them at all costs! The only reason they got me this time was because it was doordash! They excepted my money and then once my Dasher arrived they claimed they had no order for me but then refused to answer the phone when I called! ABSOLUTELY CROOKED!!! Whoever the management is here needs to be fired because it has been this way for far too long!!!! McDonalds can do better!!!
This place may have issues sometimes with the orders, which can just happen at a fast food place it’s normal. However the people working here are ALWAYS so friendly! Every single time I’ve gone there whether it’s in the morning or at night I always get hello how are you, thank you, smiles, every single time. And during these times that is SO NICE especially since McDonald’s employees make so low of pay anyway. I always choose this McDonald’s with friendly smiles.
GHETTO!! Why is DoorDash even allowing their dashers to pick up from this place. I recommend Lathrop Ave anyday! Just ordered a meal and they gave me the wrong items. The iced Carmel coffee was a joke and the egg McMuffin sandwich was BURNT and hard as heck!! I already complained to DoorDash and good thing I got a full refund!! This place is horrible and hopefully it gets shut down. The mangers should be ashamed of themselves and actually should be fired!! This place needs to go!! 0 stars from me for this dump!
My experience was great until after I paid for my food and went to the next window. Soon as I pulled up they handed me my bag of food. Service was great I thought. Until they said it would be a few seconds for my latte. No biggie right? I sat at the pick up window for 12 minutes! 12 MINUTES! In the fast food service 12 minutes is an exceptionally lengthy time. Now mind you... They did not park me. In which I believe they should have because other customers behind me where becoming upset. The man behind me was cussing with his head stuck out of the window. Other customers further back in the drive through were beeping their horns.About 5-7 minutes into my wait I did not see one employee near the pick up window to flag and question my order. So, I knocked on the window. The same employee that said it would only be a few seconds for my drink came to the window. I asked about my drink and she said they are making it now. I did not get my drink for another 5 minutes.Now, when I first arrived I was the only customer in the drive-thru. There were no cars parked in the assigned parking spots for parked cars.I feel my experience would have been better if they would have just parked me. I understand things come up and I didn't mind the wait. However, there were customers beeping at me and cussing me out and I had my children in the car hearing all the profanity.
