We haven’t ordered from Marco’s in a while, mainly because we were on second shift, and always wanted pizza after 11.We’re on first now and ordered them for the first time in 2 years.Still just as good as before, if not better. Bless them.Too bad we can’t get a free movie with pizza anymore, but that’s not their fault lol
Delivery time was two hours out, we waited another half hour after the two hours estimated delivery time and tried calling, they're not taking calls, okay we'll go pick up our order. Came home with our order only to notice that our large pizza was cold and half eaten. Not to mention the salad tasted absolutely rotten. Like everything tasted spoiled. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Consistency is the biggest problem I have with this location, I order the same thing and get wildly different pizzas. Last time I ordered double sauce and it was swimminf, ordered double sauce again and if was damn near dry.
Apparently they don’t deliver to Mount Pleasant so I have to order from Kenosha now which is about 11 miles away.
Delicious pizza. Handmade crust, hot made to order, great staf.
Waited a long time but they did make up for it comped a future meal and free soda. Marcos is definitely a go to for us!
Pizza is very good pretty wide menu variety.
They cancelled my order just because they were closing and I ordered with plenty of time spare thats bs!

We’ve lived in Racine just over a year, and in this time we’ve ordered Marcos maybe 3 times total. The last two times, we’ve waited 2 HOURS for our food with no mention of a delay when placing the order, and both times when we did a follow up call after 90 minutes the order couldn’t be found in the system. The first time the manager nicely refunded the order and still sent over the food with a coupon. Tonight we tried to redeem the coupon and order food for friends were hosting. We’ve been waiting over 2 hours no and they refuse to refund our order and are still waiting on food. (They mentioned sending the “food on the shelf” and at that time we demanded it be fresh and not the food that’s been on the shelf who knows how long) we love Marcos but I think this is the last time we order delivery from the Racine location. Horrible customer service and delivery service.
