I waited over half an hour for a single Pizza. After waiting long enough I decided to ask a lady where my food was. She had no idea what I was talking about. They completely forgot I was even there and then didn't even offer me any sort of compensation. On top of this my pizza was burnt and disgusting..This was my first time coming here and my last time. Very disappointed.Update: I've tried calling the manager who told me to call him on my review twice within a few days and it goes to voicemail every time.
Did an online order, got there and it took a little minute to be helped in the drive thru. They didn't have one of things I ordered but the manager was nice and tried his best to make things right. The pizza was okay but the way they cut it was just ridiculous! They cut the pizza slices in different sizes. Some were VERY big and some VERY small and all 4 pizzas was cut like this..smh I don't think I will eat here again, I'd rather make my own.
Went to Douglas Ave. store and ordered 3 pizzas that are supposed to be "Hot N Ready" according to the menu. The man told me that he did not have 1 of the pizzas that I asked for and it would be 12 min if I wanted to wait. I asked him if he had 2 plain cheese and he not only told me yes, but did so AFTER he walked away to make sure. I paid for the food and he went to get it but came back and asked me if I could pull around and he'd bring it out. He came out 13 minutes later and was completely oblivious to why I might have been upset. ?

That’s how it wasgiven straight from the drivethru window.Crazy bread was doughy and undercooked.Pizza was ok, but again it was undercooked.Nothing was put into a bag, had to ask for one and I put the soda, breadsticks and sauce into the bag.I haven’t been to Caesar’s since it was pizza pizza, buy one get one free times. They opened this one up close to me, thought I would give them anopportunity.
They do a great job here. Whenever I walk in there's a pepperoni pizza ready to go. Every pizza has been wonderful.
Great Customer Service. I’m Currently traveling for work and needed something quick to eat. Used the drive thru which was quick and my food was hot.

I’m a Veteran who has made sacrifices in life. I came here on Veterans Day on my lunch break at 10:50 am to get my free pizza and soda for Veterans Day. I was told that it didn’t start until 11am. And they can’t do anything until 11. You mean to tell me you can’t start making the pizza 10 minutes early so it’s done at 11am? No sacrifice? Customer service?? That’s petty.
