New to the area.. just tried Letty’s for the first time. I ordered the California Burritos and it was just so bland and tasteless.. even the guacamole that came with it. There was no love in the food. It was a waste of money and I could have cooked a better burrito and made better guacamole at home. The purpose was I didn’t want to cook for one day and wanted to order out. Extremely disappointing.
Tried multiple items. Burrito had only meat everything else was microwaved on top of it. Lettuce was soggy. You could get better quality food at Taco Bell. This is the second try for this "restaurant" and I am extremely disappointed. We didn't even eat the food. The chips always seem stale and unsalted. Refied beans shouldn't have undercooked beans in it. Even the horchata tastes watered down.
I called a couple weeks ago to try to make reservations for my elderly parents’ birthdays and was told I didn’t need to, to just come in & they’d make room for the 9 of us. So we show up (during designated posted open business time, 5:30 pm on Sat 5/7/22) and the doors are locked.
Horrible experience and service! Last night 4 of my friends and I went here for dinner & drinks. We never got our waters refilled. We were never asked if we wanted another drink. We never got our tortilla chips refilled. Our server brought out 1 plate at a time, with about 5 minutes between each plate, so by the time our last friend got her plate, most of us were already done. Then the waiter handed a hot plate to one of us, with NO warning and she burnt her hand. I am thinking that our waiter was doing the serving, bartending, cooking, cleaning......everything! He is the only person that we saw there working. And he was very crabby, so that tells us he was being overworked! What a joke. We will never come back here!!
The food and presentation was not good. Because they received good reviews we decided to go there for Mexican and get a carry out. Unfortunately we were very disappointed.
I ordered steak tacos for delivery through door dash! The tacos were great! I ordered a side of rice and beans, not knowing it already came with rice and beans. They were a little plain though. They have a lot on their menu that I would like to try!
Food was flavored perfectly! The best we’ve had in a while. Atmosphere is clean and inviting. Service was very fast, professional and kind! Thank you!
First time at this place. Was great. food was delicious, service was good despite what seemed like they were short staffed. Building was really chilly that day but overall was a great place. I'll go again
Love this place! What a little gem! They're quick, delicious, and always get our order right. Also, plenty of veg and GF options!
We had a birthday dinner there for my daughter, the staff was bad. We kept asking them can they turn up the heat a little because it was very cold inside the restaurant. The food was horrible ?. We were very disappointed.
