Ordered from the mobile app, which said the food was ready at 6:09. Got to the restaurant at 6:15 and found out the lobby was closed so I had to wait in the drive trough line, which was loooong and barely moved because each order took about 5min. Finally got to my turn and it was already 6:40. I asked if they can have it remade because it must have been cold and stale by then. And the manager rudely turned me down.Too cheap to have the lobby open so long after the covid restrictions were gone. Too cheap to remake orders. They must have pretty awesome profit margins. I'm so glad I'm not contributing to any of your profit.
We ordered our food at 5:33 were told that it would be 9 minutes for a chicken sandwich we said oh that would be fine. By the time we got up there the guy told us 3 minutes. Ok he said pull ahead and park. We called at 5:47 was told that we haven't been there for almost a half hour food was brought to us at 5:59 pm. The person who answered the phone was rude and I spent 60 bucks. Their service is horrible. And they need to get rid of the attitude.
When the heck did we have to start paying for sauces?! Absolutely ridiculous, just spent almost $40 to be told we have to pay extra for sauces!?! Seriously ridiculous that their prices went up and now we have to also pay for sauces, KFC is really going down hill. ?
What's so hard about giving someone the things they ask for and pay for? No napkins on a carryout order, no honey or butter for the driest biscuits I've ever had?
Bad very bad experience. Chicken Sandwich breast was very small did not cover bun, cold and tasted like old grease. Chicken tenders were very small like a kid meal and they were cold too. Fries were so salty could not eat. Just bad food...Wont be going back. Just bad very bad experience....
I had a went to KFC to get some chicken for my husband and end up getting a potpie. The potpie was good. It's been awhile since I ate a potpie .

Haven’t had KFC in a few years, now. It was just as good as I remember. Fast drive thru on a Friday. Unbelievably fast, even. Compared to other places, not that expensive. 8 piece Family Fill up still only $23. Everything tasty, fast and friendly. Good deal.
Always gets order correct and is hot when arriving
Very slow service, cashier not pleasant, almost rude! Was told there was wait on biscuits and to choose a different side, so I did, ended up getting biscuits! Ordered family bucket of chicken - half original and half extra crispy and got all original! I asked when she handed me the bag if it was half and half and she pushed the bag out the window and closed it! Hopefully they will get better help as she is a poor representative for KFC and would deter me from going back...
