We used the KFC app to order dinner. I followed the instructions on the app. Went to KFC, tried to go inside, doors looked. Went thru drive thru, explained here for pick up order. Got home they had forgotten one of my meals. Tried to call, no one answered. So I had to go back thru the drive thru. There was now a line of 5 cars!! Got food finally. It was good.
I will never go to this location again. 3 strikes you are out. We ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken - the chicken was dried out like it was under the heat lamp way too long. The buns on the chicken littles were hard. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich without pickles - I could taste pickles on the sandwich so you know the sandwich was already made and they just picked the pickles off. They need to hire a quality manger to check the food that is going out.
Terrible, nasty hard food and the employees have no customer service. They messed up my order and made me give back the mash potatoes they have me instead of fries. Are you going to give them to the next customer? That is nasty!! Never ever ever will I go to this nasty restaurant again!!
I paid $9 for three pieces of chicken and coleslaw and a biscuit is old hard and dry the store was dirty the people were shot at sea I'll never go there again Kathy used to be the best now do the work
The food is always good here. The service is quick. Even though they are short staffed they still get the food out quick
This location might as well close multiple times I've gone there and they don't have no food went there today at 730pm and was told they are out of chicken once Culver's opens this place will be a memory people will be getting there chicken dinners and sandwiches there. Don't waste your time going here
It would have been good but they were out of chicken so why were they open dughhhhh I don't get. It should have been closed there was a line of cars they all drove off because no chicken really I will not go back there
I drove past this location recently and from the way it looked it appeared that it was closed - for good. Oops, in the 20 years we have lived on this side of town this location was getting another renovation. At least 3-4 times that we have lived here. You can put lipstick and mascara on a pig but it's still a pig. Who picked those colors? Black letters on a deep red background!?!? Anyway, my wife was in a hurry and picked up a 4 piece traditional today 8/31/2021. I think the Colonel lost half of his spices. This was bland chicken, not the KFC I'm used to. Maybe the spices went into the paint? And I have no idea what animal part or where it came from that was supposed to be a wing. That poor thing suffered so. Talk about compound fractures!! We get better, less expensive, fried chicken, larger pieces from the deli at our local grocer.
They just remodeled. Very nice. Food is good and staff is nice. Double-check your order before you drive away.
Went through drive thru, waited 45 min in line AFTER I already ordered, got food home and all three famous bowls we're not only missing cheese but it was like famous bowl soup the potatoes were so runny
