Not freaky nor fast. Manager was not helpful. It should not take this long.
I have had typically good experiences ordering and delivering from here. A lot of people order from the place I work and its never been an issue. Today was another story I ordered online on the app and it said it was out for delivery at 11:45 it didn't show up until after 1pm!! What is even more frustrating is the delivery person delivered other orders literally talked to me and said my order wasn't there and he was going to go and get it. OK....still nothing so I called and the delivery person answers then says he remembers bringing it, then says someone else picked it up! Um no. I finally get it after mine and my daughters lunch hr and he apologizes.
OK so heres what happen i used to work at this jimmy john but it didn't last long because my first couple of days the manager and some of the employee were disrespectful. i then quit the spot because i didn't just leave a company that treated me like to just get treated worse after i quit i would order food from there but every time i would order something would be missing from my order. so i stopped ordering from there. i'm not a mean person i like the job but it was the way that i was treated on my first couple days please fix this issue because this was so unacceptable
I’ll add to the numerous 1 star reviews on this place due to the amount of time it takes to deliver sandwiches less then 5 mins away. If I was looking to wait over an hour or two, there’s several other places I could order a meal that has 100 times better quality then a couple of sandwiches slapped together.
Order two sandwiches for delivery. The sandwiches were made like I requested. Prompt courteous service.
Bread is always stale and extremely hard sandwiches are usually messy and have to be remade
More meat on the bun honey but it was good ty an could I order for extra meat next time
i love jimmy johns but this place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! We called at 7:30, asked if we could get a delivery that’s not even 5 minutes away and they said yes. They took our order and charged us, then said they would call when they get here. It was then 8:00 and they didn’t call, and we called them 10 times and nothing. Then, at 8:40, over an hour after we called and 40 minutes after close, we finally get a call saying the guy’s here. Well, we go to grab our food and THERE IS NOBODY THERE AFTER THEY FRICKEN CALLED US AN HOUR LATER SAYING THAT THEY’RE HEAR. DON’T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars to this place.
Excellent service and freaky fast
This place is horrible!! I went there July 9th. They charged my card three times. Once I got home and realized it they told me id have to wait until Monday when the manager is in to get my refund. So I had to wait all weekend. The manager was supposed to call me Monday. Never heard from them. I then finally called Wednesday because they NEVER called the boy answered and said oh we're busy can you call back tonight. I called back right away and asked for a manager and she was the one who answered that time... I talked to them for a whole hour and she said she heard nothing about it from her staff and couldn't find the transaction that I paid multiple times ! She needed my card information to find it. So my boyfriend called and she some how then she found the transaction. She said I'd have a refund within 7 business days here it is almost three weeks later and I still have not got a refund. This is ridiculous. This is my money and I will never deal with Jimmy John's again and will make sure people know to watch their card transactions there because they seem to not do right when they take your money multiple times. I NEED MY money.
