Very nice full range menu that allows anyone to find something to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even offered to run across the street to get a different beer if I did not like their selection. Accommodated our reservation for a large group on a busy Sunday evening. Fast service and large portions, always a great experience.
Attended a rehearsal dinner here at their banquet ball and food was delicious! Chef came out to make sure everyone enjoyed the meal. There were more than 100 people at the dinner and every dish was cooked to perfection! Chicken was well seasoned and moist, and prime rib was on point. Highly recommend!
Food never showed up after 2 hours. There were multiple calls made and received which they still couldn't get our address right.I drove into town to make sure the owner gave me a refund and expressed my opinion. He did offer me to make our dinner again but I informed him we ordered from Derangos already.I have to say they're food is good but delivery service needs work.
We've been going to Infusino's for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience! Fantastic food, great prices, and the service is second to none!
This is a great Italian restaurant! The food is delicious and they make you feel at home when you're there.
I had the worst pizza of my 50+ years of eating pizza from Infusino's on Rapid's last night. To begin with, it was cold when it was delivered (2 mile trip). There was so little cheese, you couldn't even tell there was any. It was loaded with sauce that was too sweet and tasted like tomato paste and the sausage was obviously an inferior grade as we ran into tiny bone fragments and some sort of sinewy material. Overall a disgusting experience for $22 plus tip.
When you drive up to the restaurant the sign says “Open from 3-9”. We entered the restaurant and was greeted with “how did u guys get in?” Where the staff was sitting at the bar. It was 3:50. When we were seated we ordered a pizza with ham and pepperoni, and the waitress repeated our order correctly. We got a pizza with ham and pineapple, said that we didn’t want the pizza with pineapple and our waitress said “I heard pineapple and repeated pineapple to you” We’ve waited almost an hour and our waitress comes back saying “they had to make your pizza for the third time, they kept adding the pineapple to the pizza” This was our first time coming to this restaurant, we’re definitely not coming back again.
great phone service. the young man was so kind and nice helping me pick out my deep dish pizza with extra sausage and sauce. he has a very handsome voice.
We experienced a very long wait to be seated after having a reservation but we remained patient as it was very busy and due to current circumstances in the world we understand places are short staffed. After we were seated we waited a long period and nobody came to our table to take our order, we had to find a waitress. From there the experience continued to go downhill. Our waitress was clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, salads were missing and drinks were never refilled. At this point the restaurant was pretty empty and we continued to receive poor service. The final straw was when all the food was served except for one entree that our waitress never even realized was missing. She had even brought leftover boxes to the table but one person never received their food until we asked for the second time. The last entree was brought out incorrectly. I totally understand places are busy and short staffed and we did proceed with extreme patience and kindness but the overall experience was very poor and when brought to the owners attention, he didn’t seem phased.
My husband chose Infusinos to celebrate his retirement with another couple. This is his favorite place for prime rib. Last night they were out of prime rib at 5:00 p.m.! Our waitress suggested a ribeye which he did enjoy. While our other meals were also good, we waited a very long time for our salads and then they were followed almost immediately by our main meals. The seating is a bit too crowded for incoming patrons to get to their tables as they passed by other tables. All involved were courteous about needing to move to allow others to get by. A mostly pleasant experience.
