The staff is awesome. Donald is one of the best managers ive met at a place of business. He lets me and my friends stay as long as we want. Food has always been good. At least to me. Keep it up you guys. Thanks.
Not so hot. Waited almost an hr. Other people received their food who arrived 15-20 mins after me. I was solo. Couldn't wait any longer. Thanks for the coffee. Kwik trip sandwich instead.
Took quite a while to be seated, and when we were, I was facing the main entry to the kitchen. They were slammed with take out orders, and a young man coordinated the effort. He, and three other waitresses were amazing to watch. Don't ever lose Devonte! Our waitress, unfortunately was not impressive.
What a joke of a place. 3 servers working and only had 6 tables seated.. 2 tables per server??? And you claim to be overwhelmed? Can’t wait to see you lazy kids working in the real world. If ihop is overwhelming you deserve to stay there. Also your “team” wouldn’t even explain the wait time.. they just tried to convince people to leave so they didn’t have to work. Terrible place. The food as always is good however today the service sucked. I'm understanding of the fact that during this time these positions are hard to fill and there's a lot of short-staffed issues going on.. to the point that an employee was able to bring what appeared to be a child anywhere between three and five years old to work and it's good that employer will let them do that but the issue I have here is that our order was taken once she gave us like six menus for a party of three. Then we ordered French toast and pancakes she never brought syrup, never checked in on us to see if the food was good or if we needed anything else or any refills for the drinks which we obviously did and she basically ignored our table from the time that we were first served to the point of waiting 20 minutes after a meal was done in order to come over and give us the bill and we had to request to go packages when you can clearly see yes we have food remaining that I'm not just tossing in the garbage.For me being a server is very hard work I used to be one myself and I'm very understanding of the job but I'm not going to allow neglect of a customer to serve as a stand-in for the restaurant being short-staffed as they were really not that busy as I've seen them before. Usually this place is packed all day long but there were four servers and maybe 10 tables. So yeah I'm unlikely to return.Visited 3 weeks ago , accidentally posted review to wrong place first . This review is accurate.. of course no response from management about preceding review.. because they don't care . Ear at own risk
We went in for breakfast after a church service with a large group. Taking into account them being short staffed they did a fantastic job. We had a party of 13 people and they took very good care of us.
Coffee was watery. Hot chocolate was warm-room temperature. Service/food quality needs improvement.
Bad service. Not at all busy and it took longer than it should have. Mixed up the orders and there were only 2 of us. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Good service and friendly staff
This IHOP is a great place to enjoy any meal. It's clean, comfortable, great wait staff and enjoyable atmosphere. We're always greeted with kindness and given a warm welcome. The food is delicious and made just the way you want it! I look forward to coming here. Free refills and really nice people. Never had any issues here. Easy to find and lots of parking.
