7/13/22 UPDATE: My first review was 5 stars. After our meal tonight I am changing it to 3 stars. I am sorry, but we were disappointed. We got our food through DoorDash and it was here in record time... but the Tostadas were soggy and the guacamole was brownish. It did not look fresh. The worst part was... we found the avocado sticker in the guacamole. We were not happy with that. We stopped eating it immediately.I know this is not normal. There food has always been delicious and fresh. Maybe they had a bad night. But we received this way... and I call it like it is.We will definitely give El Buen Manantial another chance. I am sure it will be better the next time.—————————————————Original Review: The food is delicious. We have eaten in the restaurant…. and had it delivered. It is great either way. I love the ceviche…. and the tostadas. My wife likes the chicken enchiladas. The churros are delicious too! I highly recommend El Buen Manantial…. either at the restaurant or take out!
Great atmosphere, great food, people are super friendly. There is an outdoor eating area. Super authentic from the food to the drinks. Great bar selection as well.
Holy delicious. From the chips and salsa to the soup and the crazy good guacamole. We had the massive mango salad and the Chicano chicken. Would go back for sure. The service was great very knowledgeable and attentive. Abigail crushed it.
We should have walked out after we received the gray stuff, what was supposedly guacamole; it was the opposite of delicious. The salsas left a lot to be desired. The soup was definitely canned beef and barley. The entrees were over cooked by the microwave. It was a mistake eating here.
The food was tasty, the steak in my tacos was just too crunchy in spots. It was like it had been overcooked or dried out. It wasn't nasty though. The Margarita was yummy but the Pina colada was a little watered down. Our waitress was the bomb and the service was excellent.
A complete surprise! Went in on Mother's day. Was a real delight. The service was great and the food was very delicious. We'll be going back
We just ordered a good variety of things and everything was so good! Next level food and service, the food was so fresh and delicious. The only shame is that I can not rate it any higher.
Ordered carry out for the first time. Never again. Order was wrong. Bill was wrong. Then remake is as pictured. Cheese enchiladas.Then I go back and they give me chicken no cheese enchiladas. Then I had to go back a 3rd time and they gave me cheese enchiladas and sadly those weren’t good either. Won’t be back. Had to toss my food.
I ordered carry out and the guy couldn’t really hear me and kept asking to repeat. Was overcharged and both of our meals were supposed to come with beans but didn’t. I called and they offered me nothing for screwing up my order AND overcharging me. Great food but won’t be back when they don’t even take care of loyal customers.
