SO horrible.Placed a $40 order for delivery. Food doesn’t show up until over an hour later, everything is cold. I live not even two miles away lol. Delivery driver doesn’t say a word to me as he walks up to the door, very standoffish. Had to reheat everything from my order. $40 is almost 4 hours of work for the general public, we should NOT have to reheat the food. Called Domino’s as I’m waiting and am put on hold twice by the answering # menu. At home tracker is completely off and says my food hasn’t left the building yet even though I got a notification that it’s been out for delivery. Ringing for about 10 minutes each time I call wondering where the delivery driver is. Finally just gave up on trying to contact the Douglas Ave location. Called back the next day to speak to someone about the service and was given an office number. No answer. Left a voicemail and no call back… I’ve never had an experience like this with Domino’s. But this may very well be my last visit ??♀️ sat in the hallway for an hour waiting for my food that night and I honestly didn’t even know if I’d get it! Insane. I hate to leave reviews as such because I’ve worked in food service (particularly pizza shops) but there was just no excuse for this. And to not even be able to talk to anyone about it? Very annoying lol. Communication from the Douglas Ave location is an absolute zero. Don’t waste your $ here.
Ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery, after 30 minutes I tracked it, said it was delivered. It was not. Called the store, they talked to the driver who said he delivered it, but he might have delivered it to the wrong house?? They told me they would send another one, so I had to wait another 25 minutes. When I get the pizza and breadsticks they look horrible! Hardly any pepperoni on the pizza and there is a bread bubble in the breadsticks that takes up half the order! You would have thought I would get some kind of coupon or something free…nope, nothing. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is at least they were hot.
The worst Domino's I've ever ordered from, I sat there witnessing the girl that makes the pizzas touching her back pockets pulling up her pants and then she goes and grabs a piece of dough and smacks it on a pan.. I think you should be wearing gloves I'm not touching your clothing and then touching dough with your bare hands that is just nasty.They don't get the mostacholi correct it is more sauce than noodles when you ask for cheese they don't even melt the cheese.And the new management just says what do you want me to do I can't watch every single one of them they're all training.What is the point of quality check smh.I'm done with this Domino's and I cannot wait till I move so I can go to another Domino's.Same thing when I used to live in Kenosha there's always a good store and there's always a bad
Sometimes they don't do great with the handmade pan pizzas but usually pretty good and I almost always pick up so it's quick.
I ordered from them yesterday and never got my food at all but they said they delivered it and then they didn’t answer the phone and the cell number was no longer in service
Great most of the time...sometimes it seems the kitchen staff rush the pan crust pizza. We have gotten doughy/undercooked pizza several times. Friendly drivers tho!
The fact I have to order through a 3rd party is ridiculous it took me talking to 2 different people to get my order placed . Then I was transferred directly to the store to replace my order and then to top it off I was hung up on while trying to reach the store . This is insane !!! Someone needs to fix this because I will never order again!!!
We order a pizza on line from this Dominos 2 or 3 times a month. It's hot and ready very quickly. Several times we ordered other items including chicken, garlic bread, etc., but we didn't care for them. Now we just stick with the pizza.
Dominos thin crust pizza is extremely delicious! I have not eaten Dominos in years and tried them again the other day and everything did not disappoint! I easily placed an order online and picked up in store! Everything was hassle free!
Why in quality check 30 minutes ?? Really!! Over charged for two medium pizzas.. I live 5min away..disgraceful...called said they are short staffed.mthen why use your tracker..no doubt it will be cold
