This location (and franchise owner) sucks. Started with them stopping the clock, less then 20 seconds into a 2 min guarantee, but still took them over 2 min to bring it outside to me. Contacted the customer service desk. The franchise holder give me a $25 credit towards my next purchase. However tried to use it 3 times already, but no luck. Last time the manager hung up on me 2x. Left many messages with franchise holder, still no call back. Will I ever be allowed to use my credit???
Not only did they get my pizza wrong when I called and told them they got my order wrong they left me on hold for 20 minutes yes I will no longer be using Domino's in Racine

Bought 2 pizzas and twisted bread with feta cheese and it all tasted absolutely amazing. Family ate the whole order in one sitting. 5 STARS.
Dominos has really stepped their game up it's been a long time since I've received incorrect or cold food. Props

Used online order tracker. Said order was ready to go, got inside, checked in, waited 10 minutes to be told it would be another 7 minutes because they had to remake something. Irritating.
Only place to deliver to our location that late. Pizza sucked, driver was awesome. Would have gotten a higher rating, but the whole reason for the order was the pizza, and it was not good at all.
Been using location for a few months and so far they have been flawless. All the drivers have been awesome too! Good work guys!
