Amazing Pizza and great service
This place has very poor customer service. They delivered the WRONG pizza which could not be consumed because we needed vegetarian. They refused to redeliver or even refund. Had to go through my bank to get this refunded. This was a terrible experience.
I order a well DONE steak what I got well Med well I said FRIES , I got hash browns. If the order is to Hard feel free to find a different Job , Its not rocket science
Such a long wait for a fish plate. Fish plate fish is bland. Not the same as battered cod. Do not confuse the two. The Italian fare is all good though. Friday is a looooong wait for whatever you order.
We stopped in for lunch and I had a meatball bomber with fries and my grandson had a Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries all was very good along with service.
Horrible pizza, ordered a party thin crust and chicken dinner. The coleslaw was 1oz cup which is a teaspoon. Pizza tasted like cardboard and barely any sauce. This was an order at 2:30pm and $40.15 later it went to the dogs. Go to Derangos on Main Street the best but thought we would give this location a try. We will wait next time for Main to be open at 3:30
Got lasagna on Sunday and brought it out to the car and it smelled like veggies, like V8 juice. Not the smell of lasagna. Brought it home and it tasted like minestrone soup. Let the restaurant know and was told sorry we will check it that. Never offered a replacement.
The food is usually great but the customer service is god awful!! I came in to place a to go order, since they are super busy you can’t get through on their phone number. And when telling the lady my order she gave me the worst attitude and rolled her eyes. I get they are busy, but if you can’t handle having a positive attitude than don’t work in customer service.
Service is terrible .... This happen 3 times to many. 30-35 min and go to pick up pizza and to find out not even put in oven. Never Again ....
So mad it's my son's 14th birthday and I ordered his favorite. Even got him an x-large. Both pizzas came burned (even bottom) and taste horrible like burned flavor with each bite and to top it off he barely got any pineapple on his birthday pizza and that's his favorite!!!
