Best pizza in Racine. Always my go-to when I need to please a crowd!
Asked for:small hand tossed pizzaextra sauceeasy cheese......and we got this..... very disappointing!!
I order a well DONE steak what I got well Med well I said FRIES , I got hash browns. If the order is to Hard feel free to find a different Job , Its not rocket science
For starters the lady that answered the phone was rude and inpatient. Next once I got my food I noticed that the chicken was extremely old to the point it was turning black. My family I still attempted to eat the meal because we didn't want to go through the process of having to call. However we couldn't get through the mean so I called and the manager was just as unprofessional as the woman who answered the phone. He tells me that he will only replace the amount of chicken I have left which is not a problem but if I clearly have 12pc of chicken left out a 16pc that should tell you im not looking for anything free. So I proceeded to tell him the garlic bread was also old to the point of when I but into it it was extremely greasy. He tells me that it came free so they're not replacing it. However I paid an additional price for the sides. So I just asked for a full refund and for them to pick up the food and he wouldn't do that. Just go to the other Derango's this one is extremely horrible and poor in customer service.
Visiting from out of town,dining in.Waitress did not want to clean tables. Quality of food has went down since last visit*DecemberFries were crispy outside and soggy inside. Party pizza prices went up but pizza was half done ,smaller and no taste as it normally is. Definitely was cooked to fast.
Very good service, fast delivery. Great food! Will be back to try more. (posting more pics for people like me that were hesitant)
Such a great menu to choose from! ordered a "pasta bar" for New Years Eve dinner and was so helpful and accommodating! all the food was delicious and super hot, as we had to take with us to Cudahy! Thanks for the great food!
I am a long time consistent customer and can say without hesitation that the pizza is always good. The traditional chicken on the other hand is another story. My past three experiences with the chicken have not been good….progressively worst each time. Tonight pretty much solidified that I will not order traditional chicken from them again. The meat was black and appeared to be old. It makes me wonder if the cook truly looked at the chicken prior to cooking it or before serving it up. Disappointing!
Food is ok but they are never right about their ready time. Add 25% to the time. Also don't order a pizza and dinners. They don't time the cooking so the dinner will be cold by the time the pizza is ready or vice versa.
