I wanted to try coming back to this place one more tome to see if their service would be better but, unfortunately my last experience here today was very disappointing.Ordered 4 blizzards, simple stuff but took 20 minutes to receive, employees look very depressed and tired, I get it! Must not be making the best pay!I tried to ask questions but no one seem to care, so many people waiting and everyone moving slow.Altogether, the place looks very dirty, including employees clothing, ice cream splashed everywhere.Going back to my favorite place in Kenosha, very clean, everyone s very polite and place is clean and pleasant.
Everyone here sucks. They’re so slow and they don’t do work, all I see is this one employee running around doing everything. And she’s the only one who greets me, and she’s nice.Everyone else just stands around. So 5 stars to her, -5 to the rest.
not sure if there are new owners but quality is going way down... tried to serve me a blizzard she took out of the freezer ....
The blizzards here are always delicious. I require them to hold mine upside down for 10 seconds...never fails to stay in the cup!
The food is always awesome here! We LOVE the chicken tender basket! And their blizzards are always so delicious. The inside is always clean and well kept.
Wow! For a medium mint orea malt with extra malt they charged almost 7.00. Culver's charges 7.00 for a large. This place is under new ownership. Will not be going here anymore.
Management is a joke there. I love dairy queens cherry dip so I usually go to one of the dairy queens in Racine at least 3 times a week to get it in my blizzard. I go to this one because it's closer, but it's the only dairy queen that can never get it right or puts barely anything in my blizzard. So I figured instead of them continuing to get it wrong, I'd make my own blizzard. But when I went in there today the supposed to be manager sold me hardly any for $8!!! I asked for more but he said he wasn't allowed. Like who puts a limit on how much a customer can buy? Just buy more!! You just lost a loyal family of customers dairy queen!! I'll be going to any other dairy queen possible!!!
We went after seeing a play at Case High School about 9:45pm. The weather was cold and snowing. We met my niece who is a police officer who met us on her break. Short visit. Dining room tables were full of boxes. One table was empty. We sat down and were told the room was closed. We said we'd only be a few minutes. No one else was there. The employee said we could not sit there and offered no other explanation. The tone was not polite. We quickly ate our ice cream standing in a corner up front and left. I won't be back.
Needs more help. Staff doses their best but always seem over worked. Never enough employees on hand, wait time bad. New owners not sure if they know what they are doing... And the new prices, higher than other locations... outrageous. Will not go back to this location
If I could give 0 stars, I would!! They were obviously short staffed, with boxes laying all over the dining area. Because of this, they forbade customers from using any tables. So, found some surface area to eat my 2 hot dogs. A female staff member became unprofessional and called a 2nd staff member, and started treating me like a child. Finally, I had enough of their lip service and told them they should learn to think for themselves, and to stop abusing every little mishap to get naziistic with customers. These franchises want our money, just not us! Little a-holes that hide behind all that is covid related to expound on the fantasies of being in Hitler's youth brigade!! I'll never give this dump my money ever again!!
