I really do love Culver’s, but when it’s almost time to close, around 8-9 o’clock, it’s almost like they get frantic and don’t know how to cook food all the way.My burger, and my parents burgers, were still pink! Take your time to cook the meat , don’t rush because you’re about to close. Every order should be fulfilled to its highest and best degree until you close.
Just went thru drive thru. Ordered two cones, one vanilla, one was the flavor of the day: salted caramel pecan pie which had a total of 2 yes Two broken pecans and 4 fat chewy pieces of pie crust. Also ordered a med salted caramel shake.We did not get any napkins and no way to drink the shake as no straw was offered. To top it off we did not get a shake but a cola instead. All the while we noticed employees leaning back socializing with each other. Tried to call and no answer. I thought that someone might pick up since I could see a few employees doing nothing but...? We didn't want to go thru the drive again. A waste of 10 bucks and a very poor and disappointing experience.
This is without a doubt the worst culver's location I have ever been to. They have gotten my order wrong on more than occasion. Not to mention the fact that when I get a concrete mixer. There are hardly any of the toppings/mix ins in it. Maybe in the very top layer. After that nothing but custard. If I wanted just plain custard. I would order that. From now on I will either drive farther for better service. Or just go to dairy Queen instead.
My second tune trying Culver's (new to the area)This experience was as good as the first time. The service was outstanding and fast. The food was hot and delicious. I had a fish sandwich and a sourdough melt both were hot and tasted fresh
Veggie burger and onion rings were good. I would give this restaurant a 5 star rating. Custard was better too.
It was Friday Night and extremely busy but got my Fish Fry in about 10 minutes. We tried the Walleye and Haddock meals and both were very good. We got it to go so we could enjoy a classic WI fish fry at home with my elderly parents, and it did not disappoint. Keep up the good work!

Every time we come here (whether inside or in the drive thru) we wait 30+ minutes just for an order of a single scoop of ice cream (the flavor of the day). Unacceptable wait times. I’m not sure why they don’t just serve the ice cream right away ahead of the food orders.
Always; Good Food, Good Attentive Employees, Reasonable Price. Go to any Culver's and it's the same. Burgers, fish, chicken, custard excellent.
