went into cousins the other day and got the club sandwich which the lady with red and black hair recommended to me!! she was so sweet and patient with me. i appreciate her work. definitely coming back!!
Terrible, looks like someone made the sandwich's and then stomped on them. Hardly any ingredients!
The worst service EVER. Took them over 40 mins to make 3 sandwiches. The food is good but seriously the worst people working there. They don’t care at all
Stop doing doordash. You cant handle the volume at this location.
This had to be the slowest service ever! The kid behind the counter looked liked he was on the computer for five minutes, until the couple behind me asked what was wrong. He said, " I'm waited for him to order". He never said a word to me until I said, " Can I order now?" Six people ordered after me. They all got there orders before me! When I asked, "What's the hold up?" I was told, " I'm waiting on the fries". I heard the people behind the counter telling how many other order of fries were going out. So, I waited behind six people plus two called in orders and a door dash order. I spent 30 minutes waiting for two subs and an order of fries! Of course I was told, :Sorry for the wait". Awful!
I would not recommend this place for anyone who wants to work here.
Walked in on a Friday night to place an order around 615 pm and was told I couldn’t because they were actually closed. Apparently the 8pm closing time on the door is only when they want. I’ll spend my money elsewhere
Easy ordering, but the bread was hard and the lettuce was kind of gross.
Amazing food and always good service at the 4mile location. Gets the orders correct and friendly.
Stale bread, almost no chicken in sandwiches, fries that turned to rubber in 30 seconds after leaving. Also, the whole sandwich is almost all lettuce. Was reminded why I haven't been to this location in over a year.
