The East Coast Philly Steak sub was amazing!..Oh, and this happened ???Ordered 2 sandwiches and a couple sides from Cousin's Subs tonight. 1 of which was a turkey/ bacon w/cheddar. Pulled out of drive thru and realized I'm missing a side. Get out, walk in while reading the receipt, the side I didn't get isn't on the reciept, I never paid for it, that's why I didn't get it, but....what's this a chicken sandwich...I never ordered chicken. "Hi,Yeah. I ordered turkey not chicken." The lady turns to dude who filled my order, "she says she ordered turkey not chicken" He takes receipt, says " yeah right chicken! I did give her chicken! What's the problem?" "She wanted turkey." "Yeah right! That's what it is! Chicken! It's the same right?" This poor woman don't know what to say to him. All I can say is no, it's not the same, this is chicken, not turkey,I ordered turkey, not chicken, they are different animals hence the different names. Me and that man's coworkers all stood there blinking in disbelief at him for a solid 10 seconds.I got some extra sides for free too?
Excellent customer service; friendly when ordering and friendly and engaging at the window. The sub was made exactly how I ordered it and was great! A word of caution: everything is made to order, if you go through the drive-thru expect to wait while your sandwich is being made. There was a customer in the car behind me yelling "Come On"...sheesh give these hard-working people a chance to make your order.
Food tasted ok, but I repeatedly write for my order not to make soggy, like I say less sauce Light ingredients so it won't be soggy. Everytime I recieve it it falls apart. Just really irritating
Ordered a meatball sub meatballs amd marinara were ice cold bun wasn't toasted and was soggy UN edible
Ordered a tuna with onion / lettuce . Got to work 5 minutes later . Open it up to smooshed, soggy unappetizing ! ! Paper wrap so tight it smashed it all in to this .. what a disappointment ! co-works walked by asking what is that ? ?
Food is always good. However the woman working the drive through today. She was wearing a bears stocking cap was the nicest person I have dealt with in the public in a VERY long time. Thank you.
Messed up my order, mind you it was a $50+ order. Ordered double meat club whole cut in half, one for dinner one for next days lunch. No double meat on either. Place is full of high school aged boys to busy looking at my daughters. I will vote with my money and not return. PS

The gm at this location is a terrible representation of the company in itself . The way she conducts herself on the property and on the clock as well as OFF, is BEYOND unprofessional and UNSAFE .
We placed an order it was wrong they quickly fixed it , we also ordered a shake they do have the best ones around! The machine had broke & that’s ok we got drinks instead. We were finishing up our meal and the manager walked over to our table and refunded us the entire meal “ it was a nice surprise it was our anniversary too & she didn’t know this but that’s what I call The best customer service and will definitely be back seeing it’s our favorite place for subs ! Thank you girls you all work so hard in a fast paced environment ❤️
