The only reason why I gave two stars is for the kindness of the manager she's saying professional and polite as far as the food I don't know what happened but for the last few years Burger King has went downhill the food is cold not flavorful at all it's like when you expect the grill burger you expected to be piping hot juicy with gooey melted cheese on top of it and fresh all of that combine or make a great flavorful Burger but for some reason Burger King is just doing it their way and it's not good anymore sad too I use to Love BK! I also used to prefer it over McDonald's....
I ordered chicken nuggets and a shake, I was told the do not sell shakes, so I ordered a coke, then I was told they didn't have any CO2 so they had no carbonated drinks. I got a fruit punch. When I got the order the nuggets were barely warm and the fruit punch tasted like it was watered down. Don't waste your time or money going there!!!
Very nice very respectful Yung people my order was made very quick and just perfect is my few times coming there now and I was always very pleased with everything keep up the good work ?.
To be honest the Burger King we went at was not very good in my opinion we went and had coupons once we got there we told the code for the coupon then she ssays have a nice day but asks again what’s the code when we told her and they charged us for 2 small fries extra when we did not order that and gave us 7 nuggs instead of 8 wow should have stuck to Mickey dees (McDonald) don’t recommende!!
Terrible place. Sent me the wrong food but it’s never their fault! This place is horrible with getting orders right and their customer service. Never going back
Forgot 2 of my burgers and the onion rings were so burned and hard that they could not be eaten. Wait time was over 25 min with only 3 cars in line. Would not recommend at all. Caron Butler if you own this one you need to go check because this is ridiculous
The ghost pepper nuggets, not hot at all. I couldn't tell the difference between them and the regular nuggets, so I'm not sure if I even got ghost nuggets. The zesty sauce saved the day- my nose is running, soooo something was a little spicy.The service was great.
Poor service and uncaring crew. I went through drive thru, looked at the menu and ordered two things based off their cost. When the cashier put them into the computer, they both rang up at different prices than what were on their menu. One was 40 cents higher in price than the menu board said and the other was 50 cents more. When I brought it to their attention, they told me to pull around. When I got to the window, she told me the higher price, and told her I would only pay what the menu said, she snatched the bag back , closed the window and walked away and I left. Terrible service and bad attitude
Pretty awful. Worthless, actually. Pulled up to drive thru and was told they wouldn’t have any meat ready for 20 minutes! ?What? What are you people doing in there? How can you not have any meat ready? What more can I say?
Awful!!!! Food was terrible. Staff was more intrigued about their cell phones. Prices are pretty expensive. Fries had no flavor. Bun was dry.
