They say they are open until 10. Doors were closed at 9 while patrons are still in the lobby eating and open signs on. When we tried to open the door an employee laughed to another employee since it was locked. We went through the drive thru. Asked for 5 different flavors and they “didn’t have anything”. Unprofessional and weird interaction to a usually awesome place.

Excellent location, great customer service, quick, and attentive to the customer. My coffee was good, the donuts were still soft, and late afternoon munchkins were to be had...my kids lov'em and most locations sell out of them by mid-morning.
Ordered a banana Sunday when we questioned why there were no bananas and hot fudge on it they just said they were on the bottom so we checked surprisingly they were not on the bottom we went back around to get my order replaced they just placed the hot fudge and bananas on top of my already melting ice cream and acted shocked when we were upset because it melted even faster and made a mess so we had go back through the AGAIN to have them replace our order properly cashier got upset with mebecause I told her to replace the order or give us our money back would one star but I feel bad for people who lack common sense
Obviously Baskin-Robbins has great ice cream and treats. Dunkin Donuts obviously has great donuts and treats as well. Idk though. It just didn't seem like a very friendly, welcoming, inviting place anymore. No one said hi or thank you or what can I get for you today. I don't know if there are new owners and that's why the general vibe feels different, or what. It won't stop me from going in and getting my goodies, but it is disappointing change.
