Love the cookies, sandwiches just ok
They're always screwing up orders not checking their taste quality on their sodas and their meat tastes weird like left out to long

Rudest customer service ever, I politely asked for my money back after their workers didn’t provide me with a receipt since they messed up my order. Every time I come to this location you have to tell them how to do their job. They over charged me, and then gave me hell about getting money back. The management rushed me off the phone rudely and hung up in my face. If you can’t handle working with people don’t work customer service. These people are immature and will probably spit on your food. Too egotistical no one is perfect but they won’t accommodate you if THEY mess up. NEVER AGAIN.
Everytime Info there they always forget something. The last time I was there they forgot a sandwich and I had asked for Arbys and Horseradish they gave us 2 each definitely not enough when we had food for 5 people

We had a coupon for two meals for 899 and a kids meal came to like 13 and some change food and staff was great we have eaten here a couple times never a complaint good job Arby's
Service is slow as all hell even when you're the only one in the drive thru. On top of that forgot chicken in my order. I came back up and got my tenders back and manager gave me a coupon I don't frequent Arby's like that it was on my way home from work. I did appreciate that though I guess it just don't make sense when You're the only car up there to not get your full order
We ate in. Food was cold. Disappointed in our food. It seems like this type of service is the norrm nowadays.
This Arby's is good drive through time is pretty good. If you are going to order a chicken sandwich or tenders make sure you tell them you want them fresh or else you will get the ones that have been sitting up all day. Customer service is good also
