Had hair in my food drive through took forever. The food I got was not worth 17$. Super unorganized
This location needs to figure out how to address their customers appropriately and learn customer service. If a customer is willing wait, knowing a lot of places are short staff, do not be rude question them about waiting, let alone tell them not to wait in the drive through line because of the drive through times. It is evident they are short staff and if a customer is willing to wait they should be grateful for the understanding not rude.
I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for$3.45 and it was terrible!! the bacon was so burnt it was black and cold you couldn't even eat it,that bad , terrible especially for $3.45 for a .99 cent biscuit
I went for breakfast. Ordered a #1...sandwich was stone cold, potato side order was missing, and the Diet Coke was dark carbonated water with no flavor. I don't mind spending the $6.50, but when feeling robbed after it from a meal that was this horrible, disgusting, and missing food...it hurts the wallet. There was one person working, unsupervised and clearly didn't care about what they were doing. I didn't receive a receipt, but I was there at around 7:30am on 5/31/22. Mark that time as the last visit of mine to that Wendy's, ever.
Literally every single time I come to this location it's a 25 min or more wait whether I'm 1st in line or not. Horrible experience every time. Never in my life have I left a good or bad review on anything and have never consistently had a bad experience anywhere I have been like this place. It's unreal and I don't see this place lasting. The owners need to know this is absolutely the worst place to eat of any food place. Crazy...
I sat in line for 30 minutes and only moved once and didn’t even have time to get food and had to skip lunch. It’s suppose to be fast food geniuses.
This place is pathetic. They were taking one order at a time, meaning; the person ordered, drove up to the window, got their food and than the next person would order. REMINDER: the lobby is CLOSED.Waited in this line, got my food. I EVEN CONFIRMED my order at the window and they confirmed back what I had said. And it was STILL wrong. 2 of my 3 meals were completely wrong. I never eat here, I got a gift card in a white elephant gift. It’s obvious why I don’t eat here and will not be returning.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to give this Wendy's a second chance since my first here the customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Today however service was fair but my Baconater Fries were the most pitiful looking things ever!!! Wish I could post my picture with this and to top it off tried to call to make a complaint but shockingly NO ANSWER!!!
This location is trash. I’m pretty sure one of the employees stole my wallet, ON MY BIRTHDAY. A time before that we went inside to order and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge us being in the building. I’m never stepping foot in a Wendys ever again.
Some guy working there was yelling at the only to employees that showed up for work and then came at me outside. Very rude and acted like he was trying to start a fight because he thought my boyfriend said something to him which he didn't. I will never go back felt like a assault was about to happen just waiting patiently in the drive-thru for our food. The date was April 3rd at 6 or so pm
