After the birth of my son, he was immediately put in the Intensive Care Unit. I ordered toppers late at night for my fiancee who just gave birth and was starving. I gave the address and where to please meet me. They proceeded to say they were here but couldn't come to that door, then finally said they WOULD come to my door. 10 minutes pass, he still did not shown up. I call him he doesn't answer, so I call the store. They say he's been trying to find me and that I must be mistaken about what door I am at. I proceed to tell them where I'm at and they call the driver to tell him to come to my door. 10 more minutes pass, he calls me upset saying he's been waiting at the door and I don't know what I am doing. I tell him what I see and what the doors' writing even says. He says he thinks he knows where that is and hangs up. 10 more minutes pass and he calls saying he's at the Oakwood entrance. I then realize, he's at the completely wrong hospital on a completely different street. He tells me "oh, these hospitals have the same address (no, they don't) that's why, you need to be more specific". He finally shows up 15 minutes later and doesn't say a word to me and throws the pizza at me. So I waited, walked around the hospital going door to door for about an hour all because they couldn't read an address and my fiancee goes starving whil my son is in the ICU. I felt like I was treated like garbage.
I'd give it 5 stars but the last few times I've been in to pick up an order there was no one in the front of the store. I had to call out several times just to get an employee to come to the counter.
Called seven times and was hung up once while the rest of the calls were never answered after waiting 3+ minutes each time. Went to bed after ordering 2 hours prior and did not receive an hour after it said it would be here. Very disappointed. I understand staffing can be an issue right now but communication would be nice to know what’s going on. Very dissatisfied.
Waited 3 hours for a pizza at my hotel. Pizza has no taste and the delivery driver told the guy at the store that he called me 4 times which he didn't and the receptionist at the hotel even said he never showed up. I got my pizza for free but I had to go pick it up at 330 am. Not happy with the experience whatsoever I would never recommend this place to anyone ever..If they had a negative star I would definitely give this place the biggest negative star review
The sticks were good but, I have one complaint. My friend asked for pepperoni stix and the employee said they ran out of the diced pepperoni. She said “that’s fine, could we get regular pepperoni on it instead?” The employee says in a very rude tone, “no.” Nothing else just “no.” So we settled for plain stix. They were delicious after a night out and delivered to our hotel but just thought that was odd. Like why couldn’t you put the regular pepperoni on it?
I ordered a pizza and boneless wings for delivery. I was delivered a pizza that OBVIOUSLY had a slice taken from it and was cut to disguise it. ON TOP OF IT THE ORDER WASNT EVEN Right. When I called to complain they told me that I was wrong and no slice was taken. They told me I had to walk there to get money back. Manager apologized next day and agreed with me with my proof and picture that a slice was indeed stolen before delivery by one of the employees and apologized.
I love their pizza: a vast assortment of fresh ingredients, (including mushrooms; I hate canned mushrooms). Fast too. I barely have time to pull out plates and glasses. And now they have ice cream! The only thing...many times I have to cook the pizza longer when I get it--it's a bit doughy--so I wrote "well done" in the appropriate box. Then it came burnt. Still good in the middle, though.
Don't bother ordering, they will cancel the order for you anyways. Luckily you will get a refund in 3-5 business days. It's like letting a stranger borrow money for a few days so you could wait for food that isn't coming.
Rarely open on time.Very rude when calling to inquire about the store being open when the recorded line says "we are currently open."I called today at 4 PM to be told "We open at 6 today." by a lady who obviously seemed distressed. No worries there, staffing is a big problem right now, and I'm sure she's doing her best.Waited until 6:15PM to order on Saturday. Online ordering was still disabled, so I called in only to be greeted by what must have been the most depressed man in the state of Wisconsin. Every word oozed inconvenience. I made it through about half of my order before I decided I would just save him the trouble.I'm disappointed to say I'll be continuing to save them the trouble in the future. Toppers is a staple, and Toppersticks are someting else, but there are too many other pizzas in town.Hope you guys figure out the staffing problems. Times are tough.
When you order within their open hours they are “filled up”. Use to be pretty great but never met delivery people that didn’t want to make money.
