Amazing food! Had the queso, street tacos, and carnitas!! Fantastic flavor, exceptional service!

A somewhat hidden gem just off campus. Takiza has bigger flavor and quality than the footprint of the restaurant. A great option for Mexican cuisine in Oshkosh, whether dine-in or take out. I've only heard one cautionary tale via 3rd party delivery app, but other than that it's a solid place to go.We've eaten here a few times, and the consistent, high quality of food has won us over. If you are on the east-central side Oshkosh this is a must order/try restaurant. We've had great burritos (steak, ground beef, and chicken), quesadillas (steak and chicken), steak fajita quesadilla, and chips/queso.The staff are amazing, friendly, and courteous. Once our order was missing an item and we got a credit plus the item as we were able to run back.

This is my favorite place to get a burrito. I only come to OshKosh once a year, but I dream of these burritos all the time. Wonderful burritos, I have yet to try anything else because I love the burritos so much.

Literally some of the best chicken fajitas I’ve had! The portion was great, the good was seasoned, and the person who took my checked me out was friendly. I will definitely be back. ?

I loved my lunch here. The place was small and cozy, decor: simple and elegant. The music made me bob my head a little bit as I enjoyed my salsa and chips. The waiter was perfect and right on time. The food was hot and delicious. Made fresh. The rice was cooked just right. Everything was better than I expected and I washed it all down with an Apple flavored Jarritos.

My wife and I have picked up lunch from here on several occasions and it is always excellent!!! The food is always done on time and still hot when I get it home. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. My wife loves the cheese steak wrap and I usually get a burrito. My only suggestion is to ask for the nacho toppings separate from the chips if you are doing take out, as they get soggy. Obviously, not Takiza's fault, just the nature of the food. Overall, the place is amazing!

Your run of the mill Mexican Restaurant in Oshkosh. The chips & salsa were better than most. A nice spice, decent thickness, not watery like others. Guacamole was decent, but pre-made & super salty. I had steak & chicken, which lacked flavor. My wife had a pork taco (which she states was “ok”) & a steak taco (which was super dry). We both ordered a margarita (lime & raspberry) which were very delicious, but warm as the restaurant used a small amount of ice. Will we return, maybe, but it’s not a must.

By far THE BEST tacos in Oshkosh. Great Salsa and Great Guacamole.Unfortunately I had gotten terrible food poisoning after eating their Shrimp tacos. My wife and I ordered all the same food other than the shrimp taco.Even though I got ill from their shrimp, I would still recommend this place as everything else makes up for it. Therefore I am rating it 3 stars. I just would not feel right not sharing my experience.

Every time I order here they make it entirely wrong. I order a burrito with no meat and cheese sauce on the side, as I’m vegetarian. Every single time they fill the burrito with meat and douse the entire thing in cheese sauce. It goes straight into the trash, as for me, it’s inedible.Today, my coworkers wanted to order here for our work lunch. They got all 7 orders completely wrong. No idea how this place has any good reviews, they don’t follow directions. Throw your money into your trash can instead, it will be less frustrating for you.I’ve tried ordering the same thing multiple times sporadically since they opened and they’ve never gotten it right.

I would venture to argue that this is one of the top places to get Mexican food in Oshkosh. I had a pork burrito and my boyfriend a seafood burrito. The pork was tender and he enjoyed his shrimp burrito. The salsa served tasted fresh and the chips were crunchy and not over salted. Seating is limited, and the prices hard to find on the menu. We asked the server and they let us know.
