When I arrived, I was worried about the wait time in drive thru as there were already 3 cars in line and a 4th was backing out of the drive thru before getting to order. By the time I placed my order, all 3 cars ahead of me had cleared/been served. Our order was easy, but correct and not made sloppily. And the gentleman who took my order and greeted me at the window was very pleasant and kind.
Check your bag at the window before you drive off or your hangry levels will skyrocket.How this TB has more than 3 stars is beyond me. They forget stuff every. single. time.. And my order is literally only 3 things. We now know that we can’t pull away from the window w/o checking the bag first to make sure my huge order of 3 things is there ?? it’s so ridiculous. We ask for sauce at the speaker, they say they got it, then when we get to the window we confirm again that it’ll be in the bag (started doing this awhile ago when we realized they have the memory of a goldfish) and they’ll say yes it’s in there.. so we pull off and well, I’m sure you know how the story ends. This is how it is 99% of the time, but now I don’t leave that window w/o checking my bag.
Always great...the only Taco Bell that gives you everything you order...also the ladies are amazing and the sweetest. Best Customer service!!
Friday 18 around 5pm-- Messed up our 7 taco order and gave us 2 tacos. We have the order back to be fixed and most of our things were made incorrectly and we straight up didn't get a crunchy taco even though they gave us a soft shell as compensation for the messed up order. Y'all need to get a system
I was in the Drive-thru and the person taking my order was very rude as I was telling her what I wanted she kept cutting me off I wanted a the nacho cheese Doritos locos tacos and B4 I could finish what I was saying she cut me off and asked if I wanted an xtra cheese cup with my nachos??? I said I dont want nachos so again I started to place my order and once again she cut me off and asked if I wanted I don't even exactly remember what it was she said this time to the point where I was so irritated I put my car in drive and left never ordered anything else and never went back
Great fast food restaurant! Never have to wait & they've always gotten my order right.
Just mistakes in my orders missing items, and gave me other different items. They have sent me coupons from the central offices. I was on drive through line at 4:45 pm and when I arrived to order was 5:03. I asked the employee if I could have soda price from the happy hour and he told me the happy hour was over at 5:00 pm.
Not that the managers or the owners of these big chain restaurants care about any of our reviews but it makes me feel just a wee bit better to express my frustrations when I have to drive 15 minutes EACH WAY back to get my "correct" order, wait 10 minutes in the drive through because the lobby isn't open, DOUBLE ASK at the window that the order is now "correct", get confirmation, just to drive all the way back home to be "MISSING" items that I PAYED for, coincidence? Doubt it. Maybe a little spiteful payback for my obvious frustration? Turn down the music and pay attention to your customers orders! Don't bother calling about the missing items, you'll get the "manager" after he turns down the music so you can actually hear him.
Just the best. I have never experienced taco enthusiasm like I did today. I felt welcome, and was fed quickly, my order was…ON POINT. Just a super excellent experience. Yay. Thanks guys!
Within the hustle and bustle of daily life and trying to achieve the American dream I decided to stop here for a quick bite before the start of my shift. I got the usual, a chicken power bowl and regular crunchy taco. I parked in a vacant lot and excitedly opened the bag. Now, imagine my astonishment when I discovered that it was lacking a particular utensil necessary for me to consume the power bowl. There was none. Zilch. There weren't even napkins. Not only was I expected to eat with my hands, I wasn't even given a means to clean them off when I was done. All would have been fine had I a stash in my car. But no. I instead I used a lid almost the size of my face and scooped that chicken up. It was not the prettiest of sights. Please put utensils in the bag next time. And maybe a few hot sauce. Food was within expectations.
