Ordered cinnamon twists (never received them).Ordered steak ranch nacho fries (never received them).Asked for no tomatoes on Crunchwrap & Chalupa (they put tomatoes on both).Asked for fire sauce & mild sauce (forgot both).Straight up gave us a beefy 5-layer that we didn’t ask for (cool I guess?)This Taco Bell location ruins our order every single time regardless of what day or time we visit. We try to go to the S Koehler St location because it is 1000x more consistent and better managed. I recommend you do the same.
I have a love-hate relationship with this Taco Bell. It is conveniently located and they generally do a good job with my order. If you want sauce with your order, good luck. 4/5 times you order sauce, you won’t receive it. Asking them at the window doesn’t improve the outcome. Perplexing, really and kind of a petty review but this has been a 2-year battle.
So out of the many taco bells around everywere. This one on Jackson Street is by far the best. All the ones in Appleton are garbage for service. Speed and quality controll. I never have issues with this store. I drive to oshkosh from Appleton for tacobell because its that much better
We usually go to this one because the koeller st one is terrible, but this time sucked. We got the wrong food, told them, and gave us even more of the wrong food, and we told them again and got the wrong food another time, after that, we took what we had and just left.
Honestly the worst tbell around. Always giving out what we don't order. Messing up the items that we do order. Cheese is NEVER melted in the quesadilla. Then when we go back to try n get it corrected the new order is still wrong. Tortillas are never put on the grill, poorly wrapped.
Went for done in. But tables were dirty. Floor needed to be cleaned. Food was good. I will do drive up next time.
Ok , I know it's just ? ? , but this experience was different. We decided to go inside since we didn't have anywhere to jet off to. The people genuinely seemed as though they were not used to having people in the restaurant. Which was completely fine , because it offered a more relaxed atmosphere. It was quiet , with only one other customer inside. The food was top notch , as much as ?? can be called top notch. Lol. We had an order of nachos , a soft taco , annd I don't remember what my bf had haha, but I had a chicken power bowl for the first time ever. It was pretty great , well made , oh and I had a chill cheese burrito which was a perfect size and had the perfect amount of cheese in it. My bf was happy with his food and I recall him saying " this was actually really good". Restaurant was clean , bathrooms were clean ( we have a toddler potty training , so this is very important for us). They do have high chairs as well and no one cared that she ran about the place for a minute or two. Was overall a very good experience.
Went to go get dinner for myself and the boyfriend tonight, should have went somewhere else. It was aweful. The food I ordered was not what I ordered to start with, on top of that when I looked up what it could be vs what it should have been it was even worse, it was nothing of what could be on their own menu! To make matters worse upon inspection of this food that was given to me, there was steak in it…..like 5 pieces in a DOUBLE steak grilled cheese burrito, what seemed like a handful of rice even more cheese that one person should consume, and something that resembled chips. This is was done on 2 burritos, not cheese or jalapeños on the outside, and the rest of the order was just as bad, this is a joke…..and yet people in the fast food industry want 15.00 an hour???? I think you have to do your job right to get those wages….
Restaurant was cleanly. Service was very slow. Orders were accurate, but sloppily thrown together. I'll give it to these young adults / teens working, though. They were focused and level-headed on the job with their hands full with drive thru and take out orders.
I'm sorry but this meal was absolutely disgusting I ordered a steak taco quesadilla and there is no steak in the quesadilla and I ordered a steak burrito and there is no steak in the burrito I was just too tired to call them back up and complain but I was so disappointed
