Subway continues to improve. I hope the latest REFRESH lasts as it had gotten pretty poor. Good job!
Used to be amazing but due to short staffing and employee turnover rate, the quality of workmanship has gone downhill fast. Not worth trying to wait for the old ethical values to return since ownership/management changed a few years ago and put too much stress on everyone during a pandemic.
Ordered two toasted subs. They weren’t toasted, the meat wasn’t even warmed up. Half of the toppings I requested were not even on the sub and what was on the sub it was very little and just thrown together. I was the only one in the drive they and there wasn’t anyone else in the parking lot.
Nice speedy service. Would be 5 if amber wasn't in a clear bad mood and rolling her eyes.
Two people working. one had long hair not properly tied back and all over the place. The other was lost completely and did not know what he was making. Cleaned a knife by sliding the edges along the counter and got testy when I called him on it. Serious concerns about the cleanliness here. Going elsewhere until things improve.
Ordered the cold cut combo and everything tasted like bologna in a whole sandwich look like bologna but they said it wasn't. Was the worst job I've ever had.
Good subway with drive-thu. Quick service and not too much money spent. However the customer service here could use some work

In my opinion, this is the best Subway location in Oshkosh. They are consistently very good at making any sandwich. Good customer service. Also, free WiFi. They have a drive thru at this location, which I never have personally used, but it is available to you.
Drive-thru is closed they are very skimpy on the meat I had to order extra I think they're under stress it's not a good place to visit when people ain't doing things right I would highly recommend trying something else or somewhere else
