Not worth trying to wait for the old ethical values to return since ownership/management changed. No accountability on the part of upper management.

Online it says it closed at midnight on Sunday, a friend said they closed at 10PM, but I was there around 9:30PM and they were closed!

I love subway and this location is convenient to go to on my break at work. But i have to say the other ones better. This locations lettuce is always off looking like its sat out to long. The cheese is covered in crumbs and peieces of meat at times. I shouldn't have to watch what im asking for due to the place being a mess. One time i went in and they were so understocked that the only had wheat bread. The lady that server me that day was really nice and explained she just got in and thats all she had time to make so i dont blame her at all. As someone whos a manager in food service i understand and such a lack of prep is horribly unprofessional of the prievious crew that worked to leave no bread preped for the next shift.
I love subway. I have been eating at subways since I was at least a teenager. I started out always having the veggie delight. I did not care for sandwich meat back then. The quality was just not there. But once they stepped it up a notch I decided to go turkey , which is my go to for years now. I always order the same thing and it is always delicious. Its been years and years , and I see lots of subway in my future as well. Just thinking about makes me want a sub. ?
A lot of newbies for workers. That explains all the negative reviews. But you can only give the benefit of the doubt so many times. If you get someone who knows what their doing you're ok. Your sandwich won't look like a mess and get a little better customer service.Just gotta be patient with the newbies. They're still learning and annoyed by customers. Management needs to train them to welcome customers and not be annoyed by the inconvenience of serving.
Was told at 7:51p that they won't serve us bc they were closed. They don't close until 8p. Woman said they were closing in 5 min. Won't be going back to this Subway.
Can't go wrong at Subway. I was the last customer and she still let me come in when they were supposed to be closing. The employee that made my sandwiches and they were perfect.
Bread was hard and it took a long time to order because they had an order for pick up so we waited for over 20 minutes to order
