Went to the fond du lac Starbucks and they had made my drink incorrectly which I didn’t realize till I was on 41 heading to Oshkosh. Stopped at this star bucks explained the situation and they just remade the drink for me A+ customer service great staff it’s why I keep coming back!!
I love it, the husband loves it, the kids love it and it's even the fur kids favorite place to go and our go to for after vet appointments for a treat haha
As always the baristas here are the best!! Loved my coffee made perfect. ? I do miss the cinnamon dolce, but Not their fault ?.
Why does this location continually close their lobby and turn off their mobile ordering? In the middle of the day??
They're always very energetic and positive. Whenever there is a rush (quite often) they zip through it so quickly. Awesome service, which is really hard to find lately.
Love getting a Venti Vanilla Latte in the winter! Then in summer its either a Venti Café Vanilla Frappuccino or a Vanilla iced Coffee! Some days its the strawberry Refresher! So yeah definitely a must every now and then!
My visit on Thanksgiving was friendly and fast. Always great staff at Koeller St.
There has to be a better way of distributing the famed holiday plastic cups!! A warning on your mobile app that 20 minutes after you ordered a coffee, it would not be ready, would be appreciated. A warning that you'd be packed in a store like sardines in a pandemic, waiting for said coffee, would be appreciated. A warning that you would not get your coffee in time to make it work, would be appreciated. I guess I missed the Starbucks news that today was cluster f#$K day. I'm out my rewards points, I have no coffee and I didn't even want a plastic cup. Maddening.
The atmosphere is gone.I frequently got my coffee here before COVID. First time back after the renovations. The place looks like a giant bathroom now. White tiles all over the place. The counter is uninviting because there are all the online orders scattered around. Just looks messy. This place had some atmosphere before, I liked to sit there while enjoying my coffee. Not anymore. I just wanted to get my order and get out of there. The display where they sell coffee and cups and other stuff looks like an afterthought. Well, I guess they don’t want people sitting there anymore. Also, you can see all the way in the back. There is the storage area and the lockers. I’m not sure what they were thinking. Maybe the renovations are not over yet, who knows.
Great service with a smile, always ready when I pick it up and made to order, which can be tough with my orders. ? Love the holiday faves like sugar cookie almond latte and sugar plum Danish. ?
