Amazing! It was Easter Sunday and we really didn't have anywhere to go, we saw Red Robin was open so we went in. We knew that the employees were sacrificing their time with their families to be at work! We were delighted with our server Katrina, she was fun, light hearted, conventional and down right made our evening with her delightful conversation! It was a pure joy to encounter such a lovely spirit on what started out to be a meek Easter Sunday!
We went after a terrible loss of our conference game in Green Bay. We were seated right away. My sister and I ordered oreo shakes and mine had mint in it. Then we all ordered well done burgers and two of them were seriously pink on the inside. My sister ordered sweet potato fries and received regular ones. We told our server about it and she said she entered the right thing. The manager brought my burger out after it was redone and I checked it and it was done to perfection. The manager was very understanding and took 20% off our bill and paid for my husband's as well. We have been here several times and never had a bad experience. The manager handled it so well and I am grateful. Most managers would have just remade the burger but gentleman went above and beyond what I expected.
Great place to get burgers, fries, and salads. Don't forget the appetizers. Highly recommend the towering onion rings and fried pickles! We had an amazing experience. If you want great service with a smile Seth is your man! He will make sure your drinks are full and your food meets your expectations. The manager walks around to make sure customers expectations are met when it comes to their dining experience. Some upgrades could be done, but overall staff and food is what keeps people coming back! Thank you Seth! You rock!
You lost a customer at this location it was my birthday and you made my night horrible…food was cold…I don’t have a problem waiting an hour for my food but the food should be hot not ice cold. They had to remake everyone food they also gave us the wrong order. The manager didn’t seem to care no money taken off nothing just an I’m sorry and walked off after food was brought back out. Not trying to be rude she was a shorter long blonde hair lady who was a little heavy set. (Not trying to be rude I just didn’t get a name) also our waitress only stopped and our table a few times. Drinks where made wrong…45 min wait time for shakes, alcohol drinks…just sad that you ruined my one day a year I get! Wish someone would reach out to me about this! I’m willing to go to another location next time. But you need to retrain your management staff. I work in the food industry and I work management no need for what happened tonight!
The veggie burger has gotten even smaller and the menu says it still has avocado in it, but it doesn't. It also is supposed to be served on a whole grain bun and wasn't. It doesn't taste nearly as good as it used to. I would of had a salmon sandwich but no longer on menu nor is any other fish sandwich.
Very accommodating of our group of 7 which included a toddler. Drinks delivered quickly, food was delivered fast and drinks were refilled as soon as waitstaff noticed a drink was low.
Excellent burger. I tried the zucchini fries and didn't like them. Our server got me a replacement of a side salad and took the fries off the bill. Excellent service and food.
We got there at 9:30 when it said the food would be ready. Called the number on the sign- no answer. Found a different number online to call. Said it would be right out. At 10:10 we called again. Said it would be right out. Food came out and was just handed to us, no review of what’s inside, no apology. Food was cold because it had been SITTING there for 40 minutes. Should have been a refund.
Quick service friendly driver - delivered within 2 minutes of estimate! I have never heard of Activemenus but I am sure glad they are here!
Absolutely do NOT waste your time with curbside. Your food will consistently come out to you sometime between twenty and thirty minutes after it’s finished being prepped and packaged, and be uselessly cold. Fries are an easy reheat (2 min @ 220°F in an air fryer) but burgers with sauces or veggies aren’t really salvageable.On the bright side, if you like that “came home to dinner long after it’s been cooked” experience but don’t want to do it yourself, this is surely the place to go. Kind of steep for that experience, at ~$14 per entree.
