The bacon cheeseburger pizza was amazing!
We stopped in on a Friday for pizza. I decided to play a machine and saw that they didnt pay out until the next day. I think is odd and inconvenient but I still played. I just went back on Sunday and was told i couldnt get the money because the owner isnt there. glad i just drove 30 mins round trip for nothing with gas as high as it is! Never going here again because that is just inconsiderate. Maybe put up a sign saying you can only collect when the owner is there, maybe post their hours!

Great food and service. Our group was seated quickly and waitstaff was on top of their game. We had a variety of items and nobody had issues with their order. We had pizza, fish sandwich, a burger, and two sides. Great portions for the price and the flavor was outstanding. Definitely will return!
Holy cow ordered zaa and wings wings perfect juice tender and crispy. pizza I thought was a deep dish by mistake nope just massive toppings on it. unfortunately woke up at 0400 with the Montezuma's revenge for next 3 days Imodium quelled it but finally trip to urgent care got me proper meds for food poisoning looked good tasted good but never go here never will I patronize this place again
Deep dish Pizza is more like thick crust pizza. Growing up in Chicago I wasn't expecting to get anything comparable and thought I had my expectations in line, however we were still disappointed. The pizza was not remotely close to a deep dish, it just had very thick crust. The sauce was under the cheese. However, yhe cheese was great.Just know this is not a Chicago Deep Dish pizza. Other than that, the delivery driver was friendly and the speed was extremely quick.
Very disappointed in the utter lack of customer service. We had six signed up to take the Ratch & Deb’s bus to the Packer game. We are all organized, young professionals who planned ahead, calling two times to confirm our spots on the bus. When we arrived, we were told there was no room for us. When my friend explained we called twice to confirm, he was told “tough”.We will not return to Ratch & Debs and we will tell others of the poor experience we had.
First off I’d like to say, my cheeseburger was very undercooked, and when I mentioned this to “Lucas”, he told me he couldn’t do anything for me. Also is there a hygiene requirement there? Because the past two times I have been here, Lucas had an awful odor to him and I could see dirt under his nails. And he’s handling our food? Definitely will not be coming back.
Pizza was awesome as usual however the tap blue moon was skunky. you could tell I wasn't a regular by the type of service
