This location does not have a drive thru, but the wife wanted Qdoba; I listen to the universe when it talks to me and happily walked inside. The staff inside was pleasant and made ordering a breeze. I was in and out in no time. Now my 2 year old is addicted to their guacamole, so I'll be back. The voice of the universe seems to grow louder with each daughter. ;-)
My teenager applied for a job at this location, she's 15. Her birthday is CLEARLY on her application. She was called for an interview and during her interview, was asked how old she is and they supervisor said they don't hire teens unless they are 16. Why on earth would you waste our time?! Why would you dare have her come in and just to tell her that?! You didn't have to call her and ask her for an interview in the first place! Qdoba what type of incompetent people do you have running this location?! Your employee could have told her that over the phone, better yet....your supervisor shouldn't have called her at all!
Waited for 30 minutes as one of the workers stood around doing nothing telling the customers “if you’re unhappy with the wait, pick up an application.” My friends and I were harassed by the younger male employees. One of them (Ethan) decided to flick a bowl lid at me while he made our food. The other verbally made remarks about our orders. He made comments on my friend’s height as she is short, saying things like “you are only half a person.” They were very disrespectful and were holding up the line as they chatted and took their sweet time. Normally a wait doesn’t bother me, but we didn’t order a side of harassment with our chips.
Nice staff..quick and efficient. We eat here often as they have corn tortillas which is perfect since my husband has Celiac Diesel so he has to eat gluten-free. Maybe a line, but you can order pick up online/the app.
Just a heads up. Your front door sticks, its the latch inside the locking mechanism. Normally, this location has issues with the front door opening due to the pressure inside the building. I assure you, this is more of a hardware issue that maintenance should look at immediately. Why immediately? I was here for lunch today for about an hour. In that hour, I saw at least 4 or 5 customers unable to open the door and left. That was just in an hour. I figure as a business your customers should at least be able to get inside the building lol. I mentioned it to the staff and they immediately shrugged me off as a whiny customer who was mentioning the long standing issue with the building pressure and said theres nothing they can do. Actually, when I arrived, there was a fully grown man struggling to get inside. We really had to pull and you can hear the latch catching.
Third time I’ve gone in there and they are consistently out of most things I get. Staff is super nice about it though.
Normally I wouldn’t write a review but tonight we both experienced the rudest customer service ever. Yes it was busy and during dinner rush, but that is no excuse for the attitude that this employee had. It was the employee in the purple shirt making everyone’s food and asking what they wanted in either their bowl or burrito. He kept rolling his eyes at the line that kept getting longer and longer, and he gave both my boyfriend and I an attitude when we didn’t hear what he was saying because he was whispering questions to us when he would ask “white or brown rice?” “Black or pinto beans?”. He asked me if I wanted any sauces and I said “no thank you” and then proceeded to ask for pico and he said “that is a sauce” in a rude manner. No it isn’t sir, a sauce is ranch/vinaigrette.. a salsa is pico/corn salsa. He even gave the guy in front of us an attitude too because the guy didn’t hear him whisper “corn or flour tortilla?” And he just stared rudely at the guy when in reality he never heard this rude worker ask the question in the first place. I get it, it’s busy and you don’t wanna be at work, or you might have some stuff going on at home, but I work a retail job and I would NEVER act this way towards customers, and if I did I would get written up for being so rude at a job that I willingly applied for. We will be back to this location (since it’s the only location in Oshkosh), but I hope we never have to deal with this employee again.
Delicious! I wish they were more clear when ordering which options had an additional cost, though. I had no idea what did or didn't raise the price
I arrived to see the dining area was closed so to weather and I assume staffing troubles. Absolutely no problem, I was happy to make an online order, however, my food was completely tossed around and messy and numerous items were missing from each bowl as well as the wrong queso on my bowl, and mixed quesos in my side bowl that was only half full…?
I was there on December 7, around 6:20 to order some food. Food was good, workers were not so friendly. The one girl that was prepping my food, NEVER smiled or made friendly conversation. The man that was handling my money appeared out of it, and wiped his arm across his face, which is UNSANITARY.Overall, I was disappointed with the service and won't be back for a while. On the flipside, my food was good!
