I found the bread to be very awesome! I was surprised to see them so well staffed given the current job market. They provided great service! The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is I did not care for my sub, neither did my husband. We ordered very different subs. We thought the shake was awesome! We will never go to any Potbelly again, because we don't care for the taste. Everyone has different tastes, for sure. This is a great to stop for a very quick bite, and great service.
Right when you walked in, you were welcomed by the workers! Everyone working there communicated and worked well with each other and we're very nice to those who've never been there before. The food itself was really good! All the ingredients seemed to be high quality and everything was fairly priced. Be warned though, the hot peppers are actually hot. ?
I love love their cheddar broccoli soup and my other favorite is the chicken salad salad, so good!
Got a BLTA, got home and the bacon was still raw. Had to recook it. Good job!
We ordered soup, sandwiches and salads and they were all outstanding! One of the Dr.s I bought lunch for said my salad was all so fresh and had great avocado and hummus along with a great dressing. I didn’t know what I was missing! Everything was great about it!
Had this for the first time today and it was so good! The sandwich/soup combo was surprising affordable and not too much or too little. Definitely a favorite now!

The best meatball sub i have ever had.
We discovered this gem of a sandwich shop today as we were driving through Oshkosh. I looked at the prices and thought the prices were to low to be a good sandwich. Boy was I wrong. I had two, the Wreck and the Italian. They were delicious. Both had plenty of meat and were very filling. The restaurant was very clean including the restrooms and the staff was very friendly. The service was quick and the order was correct.
