Where do I start? Only two tables inside were being used and 2 outside being used. EVERY other table inside was dirty. The cashier/cook had a hair pick stuck in his hair at the counter. YUCK! Told him the tables were all dirty so he cleaned off exactly ONE table - hardly busy but no one came out to clean or sweep (which def. needed it). Paid $32 (incl. tip beforehand thinking we would get good product) My husband's Turkey Club was dry, had one whisper thin piece of turkey you could read through and the nastiest piece of bacon-par cooked. No one bothered to ask bread preference and it wasn't toasted. My "egg", cheese and sausage bagel was burnt which gave a horrible after taste. The "egg" was rubbery. No one bothered to ask how anything was (but I know why) Have you all heard of Starbucks or Panera Bread? Because you are very far from the caliber of those two business to be charging such prices. Very Disappointing - Also when my husband went up to ask for mayo, he stood there for a few minutes while the oblivious workers ignored him. Apparently they cannot multi-task and say, "be right with you" or "how is everything?" I used to work in a similar café only MUCH more busy and way more high maintenance customers (Mequon). This lack of attention to customers, quality and service is dismissive and low priority. And that's why so many people go to other businesses - they want consistency and service. Maybe instead of making excuses for you employees, train them better and emphasize the importance of service and cleanliness. FYI no one wants to see hair picks hanging over their food.

So I’ve been here a couple times, and the food/drinks aren’t bad. It’s actually pretty good. The first times I waited a decent amount of time for my food (maybe 20 minutes), but it was busy so I wasn’t too bothered by it.The most recent time I went however, it really wasn’t busy, probably less than a dozen people there (half in which we’re already eating) and my experience was pretty awful. First thing, I hold the door open for an employee running food to someone outside. I’m not acknowledged or thanked in anyway. Whatever, no big deal. We order our food and drinks. After about 20 minutes of waiting we get up and our drinks are finally finished. We see people getting food and drinks. We check in and ask when our food will be done. The person who I was with was able to tell them the name on the order and they had lost it forgotten it. About 10 minutes later, her food came out which was just a bagel with cheese. I get up to ask where my food is and I’m asked for my name for the order, I give it to the employee who leaves and comes back our serving roughly 4 other food orders of people who ordered after me. I get up again after about 10 minutes to ask where my food is and I’m told they’re going to put it on the grill next. I finally get my breakfast panini 52 minutes after ordering it.I used to work in the food industry, serving tables and whatnot, so I get that these things can happen and it sucks. What I’m really upset about, is that there was no real concern for me as a customer. Not once was I apologized to for the long wait, I wasn’t offered anything, I just wasn’t taken care of in any way. There were 4 people staffed that day (maybe more but I only saw four people), and maybe the one individual in the kitchen making my sandwich was new, but there was no real urgency either. The 2 employees out front were practically running the drinks to customers while the worker in the back slowly waddled around several orders behind, having even lost mine while the remainder tried to make up for his/her slack. But again, nobody really said “sorry for the wait” or anything to really help me out as others were being served who ordered after me. I will not be returning here. These things happen, but the customer service was really poor and upsetting.

Had the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, I thought to was very good, had nice flavor, and was served hot. Unique soda selection, not sure about the coffee as I am not a coffee drinker. Nice friendly place. I would stop back again. Enjoy!!!

Probably one of the first places I was brought when I moved here, and now I don’t need to go anywhere else when I have the best coffee shop around. From top-notch Chai Teas to their assorted flavors of kombucha, this shop is a wonderful place to get something warm or refreshing, whatever time of the day & year! I highly recommend trying their foods as well like the Asian Salad wrap. Simply delicious and a great pick-me-up.

It was a very nice place with an extremely welcoming environment. It was our first time going there, and the 2 girls behind the counter were very knowledgeable and gave suggestions on what to order.I really thought the "pay-it-forward" board was a great idea. People can buy drinks, food, or meals and place the card on the board for someone to use it and get something free from a random stranger!

Planet Perk has 2 great locations in downtown Oshkosh. I appreciate their beverage and food quality and they have had such a positive impact on the Oshkosh community through partnerships with many area organizations. Ken and the crew keep it fun and make everyone feel welcome.

The service is always great at Planet Perk. The food is always delicious. It’s an awesome coffee shop that serves its customers as well as the community.

Love their vanilla chai and their all bagel sandwich is always on my list. Staff is friendly and amazing!

We were here from out of town and came in to Planet Perk because it was close to our hotel. We absolutely loved it! Very yummy coffee and breakfast sandwiches, friendly service, and a great atmosphere. My husband very much appreciated the free coffee for veterans on Mondays. Will definitely come back next time we are in town!

great vibe and service. 10/10 would recommend
