Food was fresh. Staff was good at refilling food that was running low in a quick manner. For the dining room staff being all pretty young, they were friendly and quick about clearing plates and tables. I feel it is a little pricey. $27 and change for 2 of us for the lunch buffet...I felt like I couldn't eat enough before getting full to get $14 worth of food. But thats my own fault I suppose. Lol dining room was clean and was a nice stop for a late lunch after work.
I love pizza ranch Thai Pizza? First time ever eating at this particular Pizza Ranch. Overall so disorganized. Out of forks, food all over the floor, out of Diet Pepsi, then out of regular Pepsi, bathroom was gross. Kinda hard to eat a salad without a fork... I will eat somewhere else next time I'm in Oshkosh.I saw maybe 2 employees during dinner hour and no manager. But the kid I did see working, worked so hard. He he was fast bussing tables, sweeping, super polite. *hey management: Whoever was bussing April 29th during dinner deserves a raise!!?
I have been to pizza ranch a few times. The food is good for buffet food. It is always fresh and not dried out. If you Don't like pizza they have fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and some other sides. They also have a salad bar with a good selection.
What a horrible experience. First started off with them not being able to help with their rewards card and just gave up like they didn't care. Tried to get a manager and they never came out. The coke ran out and asked numerous times to get it changed with no response the entire time we were there. Again they said they would talk to a manager and no one came. All while I watched 6 staff members stand around the buffet table talking to each other.
Everything is awesome! I love the pizza but the fried chicken is great too. All you can eat and drink, soda and coffee, ice cream, dessert pizza all included in one price. We just love it. Tuesdays kids 12 and under eat free. Its a great deal. You can also order the pizza you like best when you pay so you know you will get what you want - included. Super nice staff, clean and delish.
Awesome place to go for pizza. They as well have a buffet with chicken potatoes vegetables dressing gravy & more, pizza buffet, ask them to make your favorite pizza, soup, desert bar, clean , nice staff.Will go back enjoyed this pizza place very much. ✔?
Awesome chicken! The salad bar and other buffet offerings are delicious as well! The pizza buffet is really good too although I wish they would bring back the name plates for them. Sometimes it can be slow getting more chicken out but I realize they are working with a smaller staff so I understand. The dessert offerings are always yummy and I love their ice cream. I wish the tables were a bit bigger but they are spaced apart nicely so you don't feel crowded.
Great place overall! Staff is friendly, and food is good. They are a little short staffed, and the place is often busy, but they handle it well. I personally love the make your own pizza option, and the soul food bar! Their desert pizzas are awesome as well! My kids also live the classic quarter gift machines!
Always a pleasure to go to this pizza ranch, everything is fresh. If you want a certain pizza they will make it. Keep up the great work!
I'm a regular here probably once a month for sure. I've had a few good encounter with the workers and a few no so well at all. But I know times are tough. But a few times we've had to wait n wait n wait for food to come out on the buffet but that was only one time.
