We ordered 3 hand tossed pizzas, and one order of breadsticks. We drove in a snow storm to the Pizza Hut on Koeller St in Oshkosh, WI, only to find out our pizzas had never even been made. On the tv for pizza pick up’s, it showed our order was ‘ready’. We asked why our order wasn’t made, and we were advised that they ran out of hand tossed pizza crusts, but we were never notified of this. They offered to make stuffed crust for no extra charge, but then quickly retracted that offer as the cheese for the crust was frozen, and they could not make them. We requested a refund, to which the woman at the register said ‘It should show up on your card, but I’m not sure. If it doesn’t, you can bring your receipt back in and my manager can do it.’. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a Pizza Hut, and will not be returning. We happily took our business elsewhere, and enjoyed a local business’s pizza instead.
Pizza Hut pizza tastes great. The servers were pleasant and hard working.
We only received 4 bread sticks with our order. Should have been 5 unless this has changed. Had to wait a long time after our indicated pickup time, usually it is ready on time.
Placed order for pickup 1245pm. Went there sign on door not open until 4pm. I had redeemed 75 points fir breadsticks and never got them. Upset
Bring back the Hut favorite for the crust. I live 45 minutes to the nearest pizza hut to get it. There is a dominos in the town I live in and gladly make the trip. Would like to see that come back.

Everything was exactly how I had ordered it, was hot and delicious, and my order was delivered super fast and even earlier than I had expected!

I am a Hut Rewards member, I had a huge issue with my last order and Local management promised me (by Phone) that I would have a $15.00 credit applied to my phone. I decided to give it a second shot... Ordered with the App, carryout order on 11/2/21 Ticket # 15 Koeller St. Location in Oshkosh WI. What do you know... No record.Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice - shame on me !
I have loved Pizza Hut a long time. Our last pizza needed a crisper crust.
