Haven't eaten Pizza Hut in years, so it was like the first time ever.Traditional pan-style, sausage/mushroom/onion pizza: Everything worked well together! Flavorful veggies, decent cheese, decent sauce. Sausage is same as it ever was - adequate. Crust was delicious. Toppings are diminished from years ago. The one thing that stood out: Not enough sauce.Bone-in wings, cajun dry-rub: Quite good! Way too expensive.Boneless wings, sweet chili: Delicious!Delivery time was good. Service was good. I'll go back.
The pizza was cooked perfectly, and for the first time in a while so were the cinnamon sticks. Yall really need to start putting parchment paper under them again tho... They get MAD stuck to the cardboard box without it.
Our order was placed online for a specific delivery time. It arrived about 25 min. past our requested time. The food was still warm, not hot. We enjoyed the food!
Poor person had there driver come down with covid! Politely called and took care of us super fast! You rock! Best service in a long time!
Very good breadsticks, pizza was not very good as I ordered a pepperoni and sausage and it was over cooked. The saving grace was the breadsticks and wings.
Loved being able to see the progress of my order, it was made and delivered in a very timely manner. The delivery person was very nice, the stuffed crust half and half pizza was delicious as were the boneless wings. Great job Jackson Street Pizza Hut!
Train your employees better. Why would they put customers on hold for over 20 minutes and never get back to them then hang up on a customer asking for refund because the pizza never showed up. Then call customer back just to hang up like a prank call that kids do, several times in row but not answer when customer is calling still inquiring about their refund.
Pizza is really good. Some other pizza chains (like dominos) are very conservative with how many topings they put on, and they put as little toppings on as they can get away with. When I order olives on my pizza at pizza hut, they really scoop them on there, and there are olives in every bite!
When ordering online make sure that when DELIVERY is checked DELIVER. Also an email was sent thanking me for my order with a TIME STAMP OF 1:25 when my order had been placed around 6:30.
I oredered a supreme pizza, cookie, chicken wings and bread sticks. The pizza was plain cheese.i called and they refused to fix my order. This is the second order that was messed up.
