I have ordered from papa johns for a long time and I never had any problems what so ever and I order the food without having a pepper in the box every time and every time I open up the pizza box guess what I find in there a dang pepper and this is the last time I'm going to order from them cause they won't redo or replace my money..... I have a other people that order from them to and I'll tell them not to order from papa johns.....
manager is not a nice person. ordered my meal through door dash app, and went to eat my eat breadsticks and they weren’t even cooked. completely dry, dowsed in flour still, probably just came out of the freezer . disgusting. usually love their breadsticks, if they don’t like door dash they shouldn’t offer it
One hour late on delivery. I honestly could have picked it up if it was going to be that’s late if the store told me…. Not happy since it was my first time ordering.
They were the best of times and the worst of times. As I entered the pizza order into the app, I selected the NY Style deal with one NY Style and one Stuffed Crust. I was hesitant at first, but apart from the slight anxiety I felt for using the deal, I pushed through and hit order. Whew, a relief swept over me in my decision to order. When the pop up arrived in my app stating that I could monitor the progress of my food being created from the freshest ingredient by the most competent pizza artisans, I was excited. As the pure anticipation pulled me in all directions of emotion, I kept it together. I saw my food was ready so I proudly told my wife, “I’m going to go grab the pizza.” She replied with a resounding, “Whatever.” Out the door I went. As I pulled up in front of the store with the anticipation of a puppy with a treat on its nose, I took a deep breath and headed inside. I was greeted by two smiling faces, they handed me my order. I smiled and thanked them for their knowledge and generosity. I left, feeling an odd mixture of senses, mostly sadness as with the turnover rate in employment, I may never see these two artisans again. Ah well. I took the pizza home and ate it. Amazing day.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Pizza dropped at the door with no knock and no doorbell. Called back to speak to someone, option 2 was to speak about a previous order. I got hung up on twice. Called again and option number 5 was for a manager. Got hung up on twice. I'm done with this place and if you're reading this please don't waste your time or money.

For my pizza, I didn't even get my toppings and got other toppings that I did not choose instead. Disappointing as hell!!! This papa John's is making me dislike papa John's in general. Just horrible!!!!

Learn how to read an order! Totally messed up my pizza and didn’t see it until I got home to eat, which is 30 minutes away. Couldn’t even eat the pizza because of their mistake. Learn how to read!
