I didn't want to give this place 1 star. I am a delivery driver, my waits are ridiculously long. 45min to an hour everytime. The employees along with the manager was absolutely rude. The language they speak loud enough where the customers can hear is unacceptable! If I didn't have to go there for pick ups I wouldn't go at all. Foods great! But I will not go because of how rude the staff is. Should be ashamed of yourselves!
The Oshkosh Panera Bread location is ridiculous. Sometimes they’re open during their stated business hours, sometimes they aren’t. This isn’t true of the nearby locations in Fond du Lac and Appleton. Today, for example, I stopped in at 2:15. Cars in the lot, people eating in the dining area. I walked up to the counter and the two employees standing there looked at me with distain and said, “The lobby is closed.” I asked, “What do you mean by the lobby is closed? There are lots of people in here.” And she said, “Yeah, well we’re only serving in the drive thru.” So, I left and went to Culver’s instead. As I was leaving, an employee came out and told 3 carloads of people walking towards the door that they couldn’t come in. They left, as well.
I ordered on the app at 12:02 I received a message that said it would be done at 12:22. At 12:22 I received a message that said it would be a little late. At 12:36 I asked Brianna the general manager what happened to my order she said it just showed up on her screen. She said it would be another 15 minutes. 1 hour to wait for a sandwich and tea is ridiculous and her inattention to my situation was very rude.
We had an excellent experience at this Panera! They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed and even gave me some extra bread when I realized I hadn't made the right choice when placing my order. Ariel (the manager I think?) was super friendly and helpful - want to give her extra props. Thank you for feeding my kids and making our road trip much more tolerable ;)The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the store itself felt a little less "pristine" than other Paneras I've been to. Some trash on the floor and just wasn't sparkling. But other than that everything was amazing.
Our 2 year old puked for 6 hours after eating the broccoli cheddar soup. Avocado was not on my turkey sandwich. Will not return.
By far, the WORST customer service and management I have encountered.....consistently.Everyone has their own experiences, and I get that, but before this post I have given this establishment numerous visits to right previous wrongs or "redeem themselves", bc I do enjoy some of their food. That being said, 7 or 8 out of the last 10 times I have come here, they have either been out of an item, out of numerous items, forgotten to put something in my order, OR....it literally takes 20 min to go through the drive-through....even if they have your items or not!! Anyway, as I said, to each their own, but it has been too many continuous simple errors for me not to say something. Good luck to future visitors.
Our favorite sandwiches are here!! I recommend the Chicken chipotle avocado melt!!! So good :)
we were just at this panera and we wait in drive through for 30 minutes for 2 cups of coffee because the inside was closed! our coffee was ice cold! so disappointed!
Ordered delivery for one of our office locations, and there was a hiccup with the Doordash delivery. Brianna immediately called to let me know that their catering manager was delivering the order herself, so that it could be there on time. Above and beyond customer service!
Seems like Panera is slipping. Last few visits (different locations) quality and cleanliness was not it's usual tip top. Not enough help or??
