If I could give this McDonalds a negative review, I would. The drive-thru cashier sneezed before she took my money, and then wiped her hand on her pants, then gave me my change. The mu burger (just a quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup only) was cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all. I gave my whole burger to the seagulls and went to Culver's across the way.Simply gross.
I would come to this location religiously for pregnancy cravings and back then it was a good one. Not sure what happened now but the past five sequential times I've gotten food here, my order has been wrong. Today, my partner went to get it. Out of 3 meals, not a single one was correct. The nugget meal was missing sauce, the happy meal was missing sauce and fries, my mcchicken was ordered with pickles added had nothing on it, no lettuce, mayo or pickle.As I stated prior, this location used to rock. Not sure what happened but I should be making my meals at home anyway, right?
Oshkosh McD's must be run by clowns or something. had bad experience with the other location messing up my orders in the past, so came to try this one hoping for better results... 2 large meals and a happy meal, did not receive straws for the drinks nor any fries... called them up that we didnt get the fries so they asked us to come back around... went back, and they gave us 1 fries and a crispy chicken sandwich .. how do you mess up fries for chicken sandwich? they set a clear example for why people laugh at fast food demanding $15/hr ?♂️
Very rude. Not the first time either. Wont be coming back here. They had a mean tone and not friendly. I think the staff needs to learn about good customer service
Multiple times they will get my order wrong and I was going thru drive thru so I didn't notice till I got home. And the person in the drive thru today gave me my total and told me to drive forward before I was even done ordering...
Went through drive through, was told to pull up and our food would be brought out to us. We watched as 7 cars behind us got their food and finally went to check they didn’t remember us so they would never have brought it out. If they tell you to move up tell them no I’ll wait right here.
This is my go to McDonald's because they are always pretty quick and have good customer service.
You need to have a policy when you decide to buy food at this location's drive thru. Pull over, check your bag for the items that you've ordered. 9 times out of 10 something is missing.
Cheap, fast food. Good food as well. 2 lanes for the drive through so the wait was minimal. They did however forget part of my meal and I had to go back to get it.
The breakfast biscuits are amazing. My favorite employee Teri is smart and efficient. They only get our order wrong occasionally.
