ALWAYS check your bag at this McDonald's. Almost always something is wrong. Went there today for lunch and ordered a Big Mac meal and 10pc Meal. The bag they handed me had a 10pc nugget and a filet of fish with no fries. Food and fries are always cold. I barely go there anymore because of the wildly low quality. The Menard Drive location is much better consistently.
Bad experience all around. They tell to use their kiosks, but they're essentially out of order with no table tents. I didn't get a receipt, so went to the counter. They said my order never went thru and tried to charge me a second time. I showed them my credit card statement saying I had just been charged. Surprise, they found my "missing" order. I asked for a receipt and she wasn't able to give me one. I'm like, I need it for work. She kept giving me old receipts from other customers, and I kept showing her that wasn't my order. Finally she got the manager to print me mine. Train your employees better, stock up on table tents, and make sure your machines have receipt paper. Food was good.
With 8 of the last 12 reviews only 1 star l think management needs to look at thier operation. 1st. time stopped here no sauce on my chicken sandwich, burnt the bun for some reason and my son's Oreo Mcflurry Oreos were stale and had "a weird taste"WELL ZACH SOMBODY BURNT IT AND I KNOW IT WASNT ME ! ! !
The drive thru was super busy so i went inside. They did a great job getting not only my food but also the drive thrus food out at a decent pace. The only complaint I have is the Caleb kid in the dining room. Never seen someone with such a horrible work ethic. I understand he doesn't want to mop and clean tables. But we all have to start somewhere.
to everyone who is seeing this comment. my name is Zach Fowler and I work for this McDonald's. I can tell you that we clean our store 24/7 and we handle our food well.the cooks don't burn the food. we treat our customers with all respect. I have been working here for a month now and everyone here is amazing and nice. the first day of worked here everyone was super nice and taught me a lot. so please don't give our restaurant or our workers a hard time.
Never gives me my tartar sauce even though I pay for it. The burger is always wrong with onions when ask for no onions. Takes forever to get your order at mobile order/curbside
This was one of the best visits for our dog Lola, she got a free cup of whipped cream, theres a pup cup! Good food for me too.
Drive through lines were long, but went fast. Ordered a small fry, but they gave & charged me for a large one.
Went through the drive thru last night (11/15/21) and it was absolutely horrible. The guy working the second window was really really rude. Didn't give us our drinks and closed the window in our face and when we didn't leave he shoved it back open and looked at us and rolled his eyes, we told him he forgot our drinks and again with another eye roll asked what we had before we could finish telling him he was super rude and interrupted us. Ugh just a terrible experience all together. Food was cold like it had been sitting there for hours. Never a good experience at this one
Simply ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg. Opened it and they forgot the egg. This has happened on multiple occasions. Stay away from this place.
