I've always ordered this little cheese/steak fondido thing they have, i always pay extra for the extra tortillas, they never ever put them in there... so it's been 4 times at 1.50 - and plus paying through delivering services, i always write a note about not forgetting them and they do. all the time. Today's meal looked like it was dumped in grease and then sealed up, i am not happy and I've read a lot of other reviews of them screwing people out of what they pay for. So, it's known they are not trustworthy to their customers by providing them what they pay for. They also do not answer their phone, called about 7 times before an answer. However, i told them i want my food remade or my money back and they said either or, but i'll be taking my money and going somewhere else. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Thanks for coming to my ted talk
They lost our order. We waited almost an hour and a half before they realized their error. Could've checked on us better. So why 5 Stars then? Because they were SO apologetic and upset when they found out that they rushed our order out, and comped us for EVERYTHING, even all of our drinks and gratuity. Absolutely refused to take a dime from us. I've never heard of a restaurant doing that before; usually you're pretty much out of luck. Oh, and the food we'd waited for? Amazing! These people know great Mexican food! Nice people, great food, great closure. We will definitely be back!

Never had a bad experience besides today. All of our food had no flavor at all and was super dry. Disappointing because it usually is so good...they said they had a new cook. Didn't eat any of our food and told them they didn't have to discount us but honestly they should have just done it. It was obvious that we didn't eat but 2 bites and our bill was 60$. Waitress was really nice tho.
The food was only okay, the price is a little pricy for the quality of food you get. The atmosphere felt more like somewhere you would go to hang out with friends on a night out instead of spending time with a significant other or family. The customer service was only okay. I personally prefer the other Mexican restaurant across town.
Customer service was excellent. We were greeted right away and not only our waitress but other employees were also super kind to us. Very friendly place. Their customer service is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. The food was okay and the waitress messed up our order twice. I ended up just eating what was already served rather than what I ordered.
I had the burrito cancel. It was outstanding. It has grilled chicken and shrimp with a pablano avocado cheese sauce that's unique. There was seven of us and they handled it with ease. Everyone enjoyed.
My husband and I were hungry for nachos so we ordered the Nacho Supreme and several single tacos to be delivered to our home through Eat Street. We were really disappointed of the quality and proportion size of the Nacho Supreme that we paid $14.99. My husband called the restaurant about the size not being proportion to the price. He basically told my husband that was our problem and not his. If hungry for Nachos better off going to Taco Bell and getting their’s for $4.99, same size and proportion.

The staff are friendly and the food is amazing! The atmosphere and experience make you feel like you're in Mexico.
